          Jangan salah dengan lokasi hotel ini. Walaupun tertulis Nagoya namun anda harus menggunakan moda transportasi mobil/online transport untuk menuju Nagoya Hill atau pusat perbelanjaan Nagoya. Karena letak hotel ini di bukit Jl Yos Sudarso. Saya hanya transit menginap 1 malam saja karena letaknya masih di tengah kota dan harganya masih masuk budget single traveler seperti saya.

          Bukan tempat yang pas untuk liburan keluarga”
          Saya dapat kamar di lantai 7 yang ternyata hanya berada 1 lantai diatas lobby. Saat pertama masuk di kamar saya yg smoking room, bau nya hampir sama dengan smoking room untuk ruang sopir. Sama sekali tidak ada maintenance utk menghilangkan bau rokok di dalam kamar. Padahal biasanya di hotel lain, smoking room yg saya pesan selalu wangi. Di lantai 7 juga selevel dengan spa. Saya selalu ditawari untuk spa atau massage yang saya sudah tolak dari awal.

          saya kecewa dengan pelayanan di hotel ini karena saya sudah emmesan dari jauh hari dengan noted kamar tidur single namun diberi double dan tidak dapat diganti. kolam renang juga kecil dan di basement sehingga tidak nyaman untuk hotel berbintang 4 fasilitas dan pelayanan kurang memenuhi standart
