Clean, Perfect Location, Great Staff”
We stayed here early July 2018 for a week. During our stay, we found the staff to be very friendly and attentive as well as super efficient in helping us with anything we needed. The hotel itself is very clean and well styled. It's very comfortable and practical. We loved the location, just on the edge of the shopping precinct but only a short walk from the beach, markets as well as restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located in the centre of Saint-Pierre, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the sea-front. It has its own secure, underground carpark. The location can mean there is some noise if you have a room overlooking Avenue des Indes, and some of the surrounding buildings are rather unkempt, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. Service was friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean, and I hardly ever heard any noise from other rooms or the corridor. I was pleased to notice environmental issues have been taken into consideration too, with several small details to show for it. There's a small swimming pool next to the bar, which I didn't try out. As we were staying in a studio room with its own kitchenette we didn't eat any meals in the restaurant area so I can't pronounce on that. My only quibbles are very minor ones, which didn't detract from our stay: - no toilet roll holder! (and no sign of there ever having been one); - shower stall is rather dark, due to dark tiling and only one overhead light; - no fan or extractor in the bathroom means the mirror fogs up easily; - the long shallow washbasin is aesthetically pleasing, but not really very practical; - wardrobe shelves are rather cheap, and aren't consistent with the quality of the rest of the room; - no handle to open the cupboard door in the kitchen area.

Pour deux étoiles je m’attendais à largement mieux ! A peine arrivée montée d’eau dans la douche. Petit déjeuner on a du attendre 40 min pour que les aliments soit réapprovisionné Les serveurs fatigués et qui se moquent des gens ouvertement! Ce qui a sauver la mise se sont le service d’accueil qui on été très aimable

Super emplacement et personnel très sympa. Gros bemol : la pression pour l'eau chaude qui est très faible voir inexistante pour les lèves tôt... Dommage. Bonne adresse malgré tout.

Hotel vraiment paisible,la piscine est un peu petite mais idéal pour se rafraîchir,la chambre bien agencée et avec kitchenette est un vrai atout,et le personnel vraiment accueillant et serviable,je recommande vivement.
