Los Lagos Resort is a very clean and beautiful property. One of the best buffet breakfast I've ever had! I will definitely turn in the future. Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly 👏 😀 👍

Los Lagos was a fun hot springs-filled resort at the base of Arenal Volcano. The views are great (especially early AM) and their facilities provide lots to do on site. You can grab an Uber to La Fortuna but dinner at the on site restaurant was very good and waitress Betty was highly knowledgeable & gave great recommendations (try the tres leches).

December CostaRica Trip”
its a nice stay in a large piece of land, low rise. It is quite similar to Chalet Concept in Singapore. You can park your car very near your chalet. The spa is nice. The staff are good. I left a pair of VAN shoes and went back few hours later after checking out. They could still find it and return to me quite quickly. Costa Ricans are warm and helpful in general. The souvenir shop has a wide range of gifts and reasonably priced. Worth popping by if looking for souvenirs.

I enjoyed the stay here! great views from the hills, and there is a driving path to the top of the property with amazing views. Good breakfast and the hot tubs and slides are alot of fun. Tiles in the bathroom were broken and the bathroom needs an update, not bad but old

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nur vom Öffentlichen Bereich zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer und die Sauberkeit sind alles andere als zufrieden stellend. Beim. Check Inn habe ich extra noch gebeten keine zwei Betten zu erhalten, was gab es als Antwort bei der Rezeption: wir haben nur Zimmer mit einem Bett, leider erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten! Das Restaurant a la Card war nicht gut, ich musste mein Essen zurück geben. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, leider sind die Süßspeisen auch nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Die hot springs und die Pool bar sind absolut gut und dort lässt es sich gut aushalten!
