Kamar, kebersihan, staff, fasilitas, semuanya bagus, hanya lokasi yg kurang cocok untuk liburan karena jauh dari keramaian, cukup sulit untuk cari makan di sekitar hotel. mungkin lebih cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis karena dekat perkantoran.

Spacious, basic rooms, friendly staff, decent location near downtown Kyoto - approximately 5 minutes from subway station & 10 minutes from Nishiki Markets. Complimentary tea/coffee available in the lobby. All in all, a decent hotel.

Problem with car parking”
I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very bad experience with car parking. On the website under the facility list, car parking space was written. I booked this hotel because of this facility, but on my arrival, the hotel staff asked me to park outside anywhere and they don't have a car space. After half an hour negotiation one of the hotel staff helped me to park my car outside. It was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Every time when I had to use my car to go around I had to walk 15 mins.

Good hotel but not suitable with small children”
Pros- Hotel service excellent. Good clean amenities. Free coffee on level 2. Central location not far walk if solo to Site seeing or trains for day trips Cons- too far from JR lines, spent a lot on taxis and buses as we have small children. Breakfast buffet charges extra for aged 4-6 and full price adult for older. Not worth it better off ducking down to the family mart as there are not many western options my two ate jam toast for 6 days. No hot eggs or bacon and no fresh fruit at all. No block out blinds, sun comes up at 4.30 and breakfast doesn’t start till 7 so if you have early risers not so good. Lifts very slow. Stops at reception level 2 every time which slows things down and many times we had to wait as lifts were full.

Location is good for us. Short walking distance to Randen to Arashiyama. 1-2min walk to bus stop to Kiyomizu-dera. Love the complimentary coffee & green tea latte (except it's closed too early at 8pm). Wish there're complimentary drinks/juices for the children too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Walking distance to Nishiki market, and a bus ride away from Gion. Staff were really friendly and helped us book our tickets for the airport bus! The pick up is just around the corner from the hotel as well.

The hotel staffs were very professional, friendly and kind throughout our stay. The location was very strategic, 10mins walk to Nishiki Market. Bus stop is just around the corner and the hotel also sells the day pass for buses.
