Awalnya melihat foto di agoda kurang begitu bagus. Tetapi setelah check in disana, wow amazing... lokasinya manstab menghadap pantai pasir putih, fasilitas lengkap (dapur, kamar mandi bath tub, teras, ruang keluarga. Harga pun terjangkau. Cocok buat yang homeymoon

Cosy room with beautiful view”

I've read about lots of negative comments about this hotel but I decided to give it a go. I am completely satisfied throughout my stay. cosy room, beautiful view, friendly staff and good location. the facilities may be a little bit old (the air-cond buzzing throughout the night) but it is manageable. overall, I will definitely be back!

TORN DOWN premise ”

Dirty n old. Lots of crawly insects particularly cockroaches. But i have to say the staff are absolutely nice,polite and great people. From the start till the end they gave us the warmth that every visitor would seek. Hotel have nice view overlooking the sea and sunset.

Love this place”

We were so happy when our room was upgraded to Sea Village Executive Studio Suite when we actually booked for Sea Village Deluxe Studio Suite. We got the best sea view. The studio suite was clean and well equipped with appliances.Bathroom was spacious, got bathtub. Our balcony was awesome. There was buggy service that took us from car park to our suite. We also used the buggy service when we checked out. However, due to the location, sometimes no water at the beach when low tide. Quiet place, but we liked it cause we traveled with little kid. It is 15 mins drive to Cenang Beach (most of the atttractions) but we don't mind (we kinda enjoy leisure driving?). I would say this resort is not for beach activities, but more for relaxing and mind theraphy kind of place. I would definitely visit this resort again.

A quite hotel located at corner of Langkawi”

Good for couple for honeymoon or short break here, easy to find from GPS, it had a great view for sunset, good for photography but facilities very old, needs upgrading for the hotel .Advise some upgrading for their hotel room, found a few lamp bulbs spoilt, it ' looks like not maintance in good condition. If u like natural or woody theme, it 's perfect for u but not value of money

An isolated place”

The area and surroundings are quite good, but it is isolated and you need to travel for 15 minutes to buy some items. The rooms were not well maintained, even the pool was quite dirty. No available staff after 10 PM. In terms of room size, it is quite large and homey. the only drawback is that when you go out, it seems like a ghost town...

“Nice and cosy””

Comfortable and clean hotel but needs better maintenance overall. Had a peaceful and cozy 1-nites' stay. It's just 5 minutes' drive to the airport which comes in handy if you have to catch an early morning flight!

good resort”

overall 4 days stay at sea suite private residence is worth of money. Nice room and clean room.Except water pressure for bath room shower are totally worst and bad- for room 531. The shower water pressure is a way too too low .other than that, me and my family happy with it.any how, we had a wonderfull stay at langkawi lagoon private residence- sea suite. thanks

First, i was imagine that i'll stayed in the room above the sea. After check in, me and my wife got the room with bridge and paddy field view and the room not so clean. Hopefully it could be better for my next trip

Love the sea breeze”

The owner is so kind not to charge us for extra 2 adults and the room have 2 sofa bed where my friends can sleep over. The check in and check out time is flexible depends on the occupancy on that day itself. The room is clean with a balcony facing the sea . Every morning wake up have a cup of tea at the balcony enjoy the sea breeze is a good start for the day. Too bad it's located at a another area instead of the Andaman Sea. If not will have a better view with clear blue sea. Overall it's a great stay with friendly staff.

only got one halal restaurant nearby this residence. and no other entertainment beside swimming pool oso closed at 7pm. very quite n great for those want relax. The staff Nazim who in charge the residence very helpful.

Hotel which was sold for private investors”

I think the hotel was split into 2 paths - private residence and hotel sitting side by side with each other. For the price I am paying, it is not worth the while. With multiple managements, there will be deterioration of the services, maintenance quality and unity of the presentation. You can not order food from the restaurant but must go through the management of the property. You will notice some balcony have chairs and table, while the other don't. All this are due to the fact, they are individual residence owner. I wonder who charge me the price that I think is overrated.

I am so happy because im stay this hotel.because their stuff so friendly.The food are so good.so relaxing.i am suggest to all guest if you need romantic environment for you honeymoon this hotel is your choice

Refurbishment”

The rooms need a serious make over. Torn blinds, missing drawer pulls so you could not open them, tree shoots growing out of the balcony wall and in the grounds most of the sun loungers are in need of repair and the deck they sit on around the pool is positively dangerous.

Not an Option for Family Stay”

Last 2012, we had visited this Langkawi, that time our stay was good and we enjoyed, but this time... it's completely other way... we at getting worst service, despite paying so much... we are waiting for a bath towels for past 30 mins, and morning we had put the room service notice in the door ... it's 3:00 pm now... still our rooms not cleared, the fridge stinks... no towels, no proper service... it's pathetic...

Property run down and bad management”

This is my 2nd visit after 5 years. Water chalets are run down and damaged looking unsafe although refurbishing work is in progress. Service is far different from 5 years ago where you are greeted by friendly staffs. Upon arrival, I realised management are divided. Booking were in a mess. No extra bed were arranged. I was given (by Hafiz) just a mattress on the floor for the extra bed I paid. Worst still, there is a dead cockroach on the floor. After negotiation with management for 3 hours, proper extra bed were set up. Taxing to start a vacation this way

terrible hotel. swimming pool so dirty, look like few week no clean.

Not sutiable to those without car, but a very nice place for lovers!
