We stayed there for one night for a nice price. The resort is very luxurious. Down are the things I noticed. 1- location is pretty good 2- staff slow. Even though we were here during the workdays so they didn’t have many customers 3- maintenance is not bad not good either, for example we had two rooms Room#1 AC didn’t turn off it was freezing and the maintenance didn’t show to fix the AC I don’t know why. And the room door was hard to open and close Room#2 was ok but the bathroom door was a little broken so you can’t lock the door. 4- kid friendly 5- big space 6- nice walk and view 7- receptionist were really good but I think the issues we faced were above their pay grade 8- beautiful garden 9- 20 min from downtown This is my first time here , but I think this resort was a dreamland once upon time. I wish I was there to see it. To sum up, for a cheap price it was worth it, and ok experience . If you can look passed the flaws you will really enjoy your stay

Not for solo travelers - not a five star hotel”
The hotel once used to be five star, now is 3-4 star. The rooms are sparsely furnitured and not very cosy. The hotel is noisy (in the rooms, in the small restaurant, in the lawn). The beach is small, the swimming area is restricted to max 15-20m from the shore, the water is very shallow, the ground muddy and not cleaned from garbage. Very much frequented by families at weekends. NOTE: Male solo travelers (irrespectively of in a males' group or not: solo refers to "not accompanied by their wife and children") are prohibited to use the larger main beach (women, families, children only) but can only visit the much smaller, less beautiful beach at the other side of the pier. They also have to expect seating issues in the open air restaurant. Not recommended.

Bad experience ”
First, check in took more than 20 minutes, they could not find my reservation. Second, there was no towels in the villa, when I asked for it, they said each villa is allowed to have 2 towels only although the capacity is 6 persons. Third, the running water in the second day was not available for few hours. Forth, the swimming pool is open for 7 hours from 3-10 pm only. Fifth, I asked for help regarding the luggage in checking out and waited for more than 15 minutes and no body came. I have to take all the luggage by my self to the reception (about 5 minutes walk). Never ever come to this hotel.

Polluted and risky beach but nice rooms”
Beach: Boats and jetskis gets so close less than 2 meters to the swimming area and splash swimmers with no respect or security attendance. Also as a result, water is super polluted with jet smoke making swimming undesirable at all. The beach itself is small compared to the area and number of guests. Rooms: Acceptable in general BUT make sure you are not cheated in your bed choice. Ok we booked a king size room, called prior arrival confirming our choice, and reconfirmed from reception at check in time the size of bed. What we found was 2 single beds attached with a king bed sheet!!!! We called the reception many times till we got a king suite but on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast is good in general and environment are peaceful. Some food items need quality improvement. Pancakes are so dry and the eggs are over oiled and cooked. The facility in general is good and has potential of becoming much better. I hope these comments are taken positively. Thanks

The worest experience ”
when the alarm turned off at 5 a.m. no one considers even calling the room and when I asked the front desk they where like it was nothing happened and they were like the next time u come we'll take care of u. Not recommended to ppl who is going to do business in Jeddah And be aware of security at the gate they will investigate u every single time u go in/out of the resort like if they'd have seen u before. Not even checking the car or any thing just looking at u and ask u what'd u doing here.

Bad Experience withe the entrance”
sea, shisha & the pool were good but the staff service was very bad. started by telling the room I have booked not available and instead of the apartment they gave me two room at the hotel and also a lot of problems with the gate. They refused to allow me to get my car inside and my mother had to walk a long distance to get inside.
