Mentigi The Wonderland”

Mentigi merupakan salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tempati, letaknya yang berada diatas bukit menyuguhkan pemandangan pantai senggigi dan 3 Gili yang begitu menakjubkan, bahkan saya bisa menikmati sunset dari atas sini, sungguh pengalaman yang tak terlupakan menginap disini. Pertama kali sampai dihotel, kamar sudah tertata rapi dan saya disambut dengan welcome drink buah kelapa segar. Design hotel yang unik namun mewah dan berada diatas bukit memberikan sensasi berbeda saat berlibur di lombok. Anda jg tidak perlu kebingungan saat anda menyadari kamar ini tidak memiliki tirai atau gorden, cobalah untuk lebih santai dan biasakan diri anda, karena ini dimaksudkan agar pada malam hari anda dapat menikmati pemandangan langit lombok dari atas tempat tidur anda. Staff yang ramah dan selalu standby selalu membantu saya selama dihotel, mereka menyajikan dinner dan breakfast diarea pool villa dengan sangat baik, makanan nya jg enak. 3 hal yang sedikit mengganjal yaitu : 1. AC pada siang hari tidak terasa dingin sama sekali mungkin karena bahan bangunan kamar tersebut dan letak hotel diatas bukit, sebaiknya untuk lebih diperhatikan. 2. Pancuran shower untuk basuh di wc, karena saya yakin apapun konsep hotelnya tetapi untuk kelengkapan kamar mandi agar wisatawan domestik dengan budaya membilas nya dapat tetap nyaman menggunakan wc tsb maka sebaiknya disediakan pancuran shower untuk bilas di wc dan wisatawan asing juga saya rasa tidak keberatan dengan adanya pancuran shower di wc tsb 3. TV, saya memahami konsep hotel ini yang lebih berfokus ke taman dan pemandangan sekitar bukit, tapi akan lebih bagus jika kamar dengan rate 1 juta dilengkapi dengan TV Singkat cerita Hotel ini adalah salah satu surga di lombok, kalian harus ke sini

Unique, adventure, beautiful, breathtaking and amazing place”

Mentigi bay dome villa sangat cocok untuk pasangan muda, untuk honeymoon atau group. Buat yg suka petualangan dan suka dengan alam sangat cocok tinggal di sini. Tidak cocok untuk keluarga yg bawa anak kecil krn villa banyak tangga dan jalan menanjak. Pros : - bentuk villanya unik cocok buat yg suka foto-foto - pemandangan dari freedome villa atau wisdome villa sangat bagus & keren - suasana tenang & sepi jauh dari keramaian krn lokasi berada di atas bukit & villa sangat privasi - pelayanan sangat baik, staff & sekuriti semuanya baik, ramah juga sangat membantu ( Agus, Mugni dll ) - sarapan standar & simpel Cons : - tidak ada TV, kulkas dan hair dryer ( di coco dome villa yg untuk 2 org ) - tidak ada air panas dan tekanan shower air sangat kecil - kamar banyak semut terutama daerah stop kontak sebelah kasur ( coco dome villa ) - AC kurang dingin dan tidak berasa terutama pada siang hari Overall I'm satisfied and definitely will come again next time.

Pemandangan dari hotel ini bagus sekali, sayangnya kurang ada hiburan seperti TV tidak ada, dan AC freon tidak ada, adanya AC dengan isi an air saja.

Kl malam gelap sekali, kl pemandangan bagus. Tempat memang benar benar terpencil. Lebih baik membawa beberapa makanan kl mau menginap disini.

Mad little hotel. ”

We stayed at Dome Villas on route to the Gili Islands. Which turned out great as the speedboats leave from across the road from the steep driveway. The villas are cosy, cute and a bit mad. Super cool inside with excellent air con. Wifi was hard to get through the thick walls but not a massive issue. The best thing about this place is the staff. Really relaxed and very friendly. We arrived late at night and the lady was like, "wake up when you want and check in in the morning, breakfast will be served after you wake up" which I thought was brilliant. You rarely find such hospitality. By the way breakfast was really good.

Awesomely different accommodation!”

The dome villas are very cool. You enter into a small relaxing area and then go down stairs to a big round room with a big round bed. The only con was that we were there during Ramadan and some of the windows don't have glass, just a blind, so we were kept awake during their prayers which are done through loudspeakers. And I mean loud! It is also up a very steep hill so not walking distance to the beach, although there is a pool there to cool down. A huge thank you to the lovely staff member who waited up until midnight to let us into our room and who cooked us a delicious breakfast the next morning.

Amazing architecture, gardens and view”

Loved our stay at Mentigi Domes. The layout, gardens and view over the bay are stunning. Absolutely love the domes. Time for a bit a maintenance here and there around the place, but would highly recommend nonetheless. Definitely a unique experience.

Great stay”

They gave us an upgrade when we arrived. We loved our room, it had beautiful views over the ocean and of the sunset. We stayed here to be close to the Gili islands to go scuba diving. It was a five minute drive to Lombok five and then a 45min ride on a the boat to our dive spot. The breakfast was cooked well. They sell beer which is hard to find in Lombok. The only con is because of the design of the dome houses there is no sound proofing so we were woken up at about 4.30am to the Muslim call for prayer which lasted about 30mins.

NO STAFF, NO RECEPTION, NO ONE AROUND. PROPERTY A SCAM.”

We went there on the same day of our arrival. As we reached around 4pm with our driver after a long drive from airport, NO ONE WAS AROUND TO GREET US, NOBODY NO STAFF NO RECEPTION. After about 30mins, someone arrived in bike, no uniform. He simply said he went for a funeral. So nobody else around to attend to us then? No proper reception whatsoever. I asked for the owner/manager, he said she's a German and in Bali at the moment. What a freakin' joke. It is not professional at all. Seriously I believe the property is a scam. How could they leave the property unattended n no one to welcome the guests especially when the guest had been in contact with the staff since booking time and they know exactly the day of arrival for check in. We were so excited for the stay, as it seems the view was superb. I was so disappointed what happened. It is too unprofessional. As we waited for the staff to arrive to check in, we saw old beds hung dirty around as though the whole property abandoned.

Unique establishment with LOW or NO maintenance”

One of a kind establishment but very low maintenance.. stained bed sheets dan pillows, dusty and musty.. doors need fixing, spider webs under the furnitures.. on top of all the bad things, the staff; Mr.Hardie is very helpful!

Place not as u see real pictures! Dirty! Room really small! Mattress dirty,nvr do cleaning at all. And one things they nvr mention abt the toilet was open , when u shower , people frm top could see everything u do. I did booked it but after i seen for myself i just walked away and leave it.

We loved the one bedroom villa with lounge. It had private lounge and it was amazing with private pool. The beach is walking distance too. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Unique place with an insane amount of mosquitoes!”

(the negative) They forgot about our booking, there were no one at the reception so we drove up and down the slopes and waited around for an hour before finally being checked in. (positive part) The staff were friendly and upgraded us to the big room with private garden and pool. (the negative) The room was relatively clean. BUT there were no windows or door from the bathroom so mosquitoes were attacking us throughout the entire night, it was really really bad! We each had about 10 to 15 bites, there were no mosquito netting. (the negative) The wifi router they gave us didn't really work, and the room doors weren't properly closed by the blinds and there are no locks on the doors, wasn't too comfortable in terms of privacy. (the positive) The place is incredibly unique and great for photos. Staff were friendly but not easy to contact since there's no room phones and we weren't sure where they were staying. Overall it was a unique place and experience, but the mosquitoes! :(

Magnificent views of the Gili islands, stunning property with an abundant colourful garden.”

Highly recommend for the views and sunsets, it’s the most beautiful place I have stayed in Bali. The domes are gorgeous, clean and have great air conditioning. The staff are lovely and lots of fun, I was travelling alone and they made an effort to keep me company. We danced, sang and exchanged language lessons. The breakfast was very simple Indonesian and no alcohol, but it was only a $3AUD bluebird taxi ride to get to Sengiggi which has western, Indonesian food and lots of beach clubs. Like anywhere in Lombok it’s hard to avoid early morning wake up calls from a nearby mosque, this one is right next door to one and is very loud. I traveled with ear plugs and slept beautifully through every prayer session. Great place for total serenity and privacy.

OUTSTANDING”

Thank you to Hardy for taking such superb care of us. The views are phenomenal. The bathrooms are 'interesting'. Wish we had longer... Definitely worth staying at Mentigi Bay Dome Villas.
