Hotel sederhana dengan harga mahal”
Hotel ini cukup sederhana meskipun meng klaim sebagai hotel bintang 3 namun fasilitas yang diberikan setara bintang 2 bahkan bintang 1, untuk sarapan pun kita hanya dapat roti bakar, kamar mandi agak aneh karena atap terbuka sehingga agak canggung ketika mandi.

Hotel terbaik di Padang Bai tapi agak berisik”
Saya mendapat kmr di depan Bar dan twin bed. Saat saya minta yg single bed, dibilang tdk ada dan saya minta kamar bukan didepan bar, krn akan berisik, tp pihak hotel bilang bhw tamu sdh dibatasi hanya sampai jam 10 malam, jd tdk akan bberisik. Tapi pada kenyataannya tamu sampai jam 12 malam tetap berisik. Sarung bantal agak bau dan pintu kamar banyak lobang2nya shg bisa terlihat even nyamuk bs masuk. Kondisi kamar secara keseluruhan bersih, toilet bersih. Tapi Hotel ini masih merupakan pilihan terbaik di Padang Bai saya rasa.

Selama menginap disana kami merasa nyaman. Kebetulan tempatnya tidak jauh dari pantai untuk snorkling. Selain itu tersedia massage dengan harga terjangkau. Hanya harga makanan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan makanan ditempat lain. Lebih baik kalau harga bisa kompetitive dengan yang lain.

Right on there waterfront so can see what’s happening from your outdoor chairs. Staff particularly helpful especially if you make mistake with your bookings….have been staying her e for 20 years and seems to get better each stay. This was especially so after the Pandemic and dealing with COVID-19.

well, locatikn location location. only if you want scuba / snorkle in padang bai area. boat is conviniently in fron of your hotel. also, good place if you want to go to gili / lombok as the harbor is just in front of hotel. bad : no parking. so if you have car, it's gonna be difficult.

If you are staying to catch a ferry to Lombok, or the Gilly Islands, this is a great overnighter. Decided to get the deluxe room at the front of the building with a view over the beach. Expected it to be busy and noisy, it was busy during the day, yes, but at night it was very quiet. Lovely to hear the waves on the beach. Good view from the balcony and the window. Excellent hot water shower best in Bali and very comfy bed.

Stopped here for a port stop.. Place is clean, AC works well.. Unfortunately the room I had booked wasn't available when I arrived but they arranged it with another room.

Fabulous 1 nighter”
Loved the room, decor and grounds. Lovely. Staff could not be more friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was just right (made to order eggs, breads, fruit, coffee, tea and fruit juice) and pizza night before was good. Arranged airport transfer on agoda reservation page and glad we did. About same price as taxi, but such a long ride, it was better in the resort's large, AC private van. Driver met us at airport with sign with our name on it. Great stay, and hope to return for linger stay and five with them. Setup very good for divers. If you have a lot of or heavy bags, ask for room downstairs.

Padang Bai”
Good for catching boats to Lomboc or Gili or scuba diving trips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room has foul sewer odor coming from bathroom even with door closed. And forget about peace and quite as there is a 2 ½ year old that lives there and whines, cries and tantrum screams the whole time that he is awake and maybe when he’s asleep. There is a constant annoyance volume coming from this kid and no one seems to care to shut him up. While trying to eat breakfast one morning, the staff brought him into the restaurant and ruined our breakfast with all his screaming and crying. We will never come here again nor will I recommend it to any friends.
