Cute bungalows with a tropical setti g”
Enjoyed our stay here. Staff struggled with language barrier but looked after us. Nice pool and good supply of cold beer. Breakfast was nice. The dining area was a great place to sit and enjoy the surroundings
Great place to chill”
We stayed here for the night for a night of relaxation after a long drive from chiang Mai so that we could see the amazing white temple. We enjoyed using the large, clean pool and sun loungers during the day. In the evening we were feeling shattered so had dinner in the resturaunt which was tasty and cheap! We were super happy with our brief but pleasant stay.
Good value ”
Overall it is good experience to stay here
Great stay! ”
Fantastic bungalows in what feel like a rain forest, even though you are a 5ish minute drive to town centre, use Grab! To walk is a bit far imo. You wake up to the sounds of nature :) rooms quite small though, not a lot of room for bags and stuff... aircon worked well! Mini fridge was nice to have. There are small slats and gaps in wooden flooring and walls though, so possible for bugs to come in, although we never had any real problems with that. Front of bungalows have covered seating area. The pool was quite large and loungers and seating area - but could use a good clean! Lots of algae on grout and sides, etc.. staff were super friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good :) Can recommend and would stay again.
If you are looking for a tranquil garden setting, this is a great find. The pool is excellent and the location is quiet and residential. It is a bit far from the city center though, which is the only real disadvantage. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the pool is excellent. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. This was my second stay here, and the second stay was just as good as the first!
Best resort in Chiang Rai!”
The staff at Pan Kled resort is absolutely the most kindness staff that we had in Thailand! Great service, always smileying! The rooms were nice and clean. When you are staying here you have the feeling that you are out of the city!
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT !”
I traveled Thailand for 2 months, Pan Kled was the final resort I stayed at prior to flying home and I could not have chosen a more perfect environment to cap off an awesome trip! The front desk staff are extremely accommodating, they helped me rent a motorbike, provided me all I asked for, and were very happy at all times (this says so much about a resort!). I stayed in one of the bungalows, it was perfect size and the bed was so comfy. Relaxing on your own deck at end of day after using the huge beautiful pool was nice too. I want to extend a very special thank you to Mr. Ratikorn (Pond), a young man on their staff, and Miss Wie from front desk. Miss Wei knew I loved one of their authentic decorations, so over the 4 days I was at Pan Kled she arranged with Mr Pond to hand make me number of them. All so unique and beautiful! I appreciate this gesture from the both of them SO MUCH. The Buffalos will be living in my garden in Canada, with some very good memories attached. Thank y
A nice place”
Bungalows are simple and small but nice. Coffee is bad, breakfast weak. It is not walkable to center of towns and attractions. Budget 100bt each way by tuk tuk. Pool is nice n beautiful. Staff super nice.
Friendly, willing servers”
Mosquitoes I hate it, bed is more comfortable than wiamgin
Kinds of disappointed with the stay. I requested a surprised for the room for my love one anniversary. They wasn't any . Unlike our previous stayed in Cambodia we were so touched with the room deco. The tap water in the room was smelly after shower. Swimming pool was dirty and slippery. I fell down from the steps walking into the pool . Terrible experience
Authentic and pretty ”
A very nice, small resort with teak wooden bungalows. They are quite small but ok for sleeping in. The place is very pretty with the nice garden, small fishponds, the reception and restaurant area is very nice. The poolarea is very good with sun beds and coaches. There is no view in the bungalow, they stand close to each other so the only thing that outside the window is the wall of the next one. Very little place to hang clothes. Ther is no other restaurants on walking distance, a few street food stands is available. Tesco’s is 200m away
Pros - Very helpful and friendly staff - they try their best to serve and help me. I like their working attitude. - Food is good and diverse options of breakfast. - A swimming pool is clean. - A garden is welled maintained. Cons - A toilet floor is too slippery and not flat. I almost had accidents a few times. - Too much mosquitoes in a bedroom and lobby
Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was very nice. Breakfast and regular menu were very good. The walls of the little villas are very thin though so you could hear everything said in the villas next to you. Only downside.
Beautiful place...but a bit noisy with roosters and a bit away from the action”
The facilities were beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and the pool was really nice. The cons are the noise from the area around the the hotel (chickens and road noise), and American breakfast was terrible. Rather than trying to offer eggs and meat, just offer something like musli and yogurt and mixed fruit. Simple, cheap, but tasty.
Great stay with friendly staff and beautiful pool ;) ”
Guests were able to spend a small amount to spend day with us by the pool x lovely staff that accommodated is easily although did t speak much English. Great waiter ;) walls in rooms a little thin very small negative, cute bungalows;)
We came from Chiang Mai after the busy Loy Krathong & it was a nice place to decompress. Each room was a detached adorable bungalow in a garden oasis. The pool was also exceptional. Great breakfast, although it was the same two options every morning. The staff was also very friendly but some spoke very little English so at times it was a little harder to communicate what we needed, for example, reserving motor bikes and bicycles. It caused confusion and they gave away our reservation to another guest, frustrated we had to go into town which cost us more money. You must take a tuk tuk or taxi into town, about 8 - 10 min. Also, the bathroom in our bungalow was a bit small and water pressure was horrible. We ended up showering in the showers near the pool area. Otherwise, the pros outweighed the cons because I would stay again if visiting Chiang Rai.
Quiet and relaxing”
This is a wonderful place to stay if you want a quiet place that is still close to the center of the city. The swimming pool was excellent, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff was friendly and the on site restaurant had good Thai food. The rooms are on the small side, but the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back for some repeat visits.
A lovely oasis away from the city”
It's a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean and comfortable. We had some large ants in the bathroom, but that's expected in a cabin in the woods. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me vegan jok for breakfast. It was so delicious.
Cute villas and awesome staff!”
We booked one night and ended up staying for 3! The staff was amazing and always helped us out when we were looking for information or needed transportation. The included breakfast was pretty good and the food at the restaurant was good too. The villas are cute and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE which has been hard to come by in south east Asia! Air conditioning worked and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Loved Chiang Rai and this hotel would be my first choice should we return!
Room is too small”
Room is very small. If you come with a baby or kid . I think this is not suitable for you. The area of resort is nice and beautiful, i like it. I am a thai people. Everything is good. Except room is small so Compare with another hotel it s a little bit expensive.
