                location food price

                I had several concerns about the staff performance. I needed to Skype in the business office since I could not use it in my room. the staff were very unpleasant about my request to use the Skype in the business office. as well. I left my camera in my room after I checked out. I asked the hotel to call me about this. no one has called me or emailed me about this. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

                Good service, bad comfort, old and worn out”

                As an international brand, I was surprised to find that they follow Chinese management practice, which is turning off all air conditioning system during late Fall, and late Autumn and with windows sealed. During late fall, it was -5 C outside, but +28 in the room. HVAC was blowing hot air all night with no way to adjust the temperature. During late Autumn, while outside temperature is +25, it was +30C inside the room. They turned off the central air condition in anticipation of weather cooling down, but often not the case so the in-room temperature is hot, stuffy and unbearable.

                The club lounge, the friendly and efficient and hardworking staff and spacious room. The staff really gives personal attention to club floor guests. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the times.

                Location, service and friendly staff

                The stay was overall good. The location of this hotel is very good. It is in the city centre and closed to the shopping malls and local restaurants. The staff of this hotel are friendly and attentive. It is very hard to find taxi in Changchun. Their staff helped to find a taxi to go to the train station which is appreciated.
