Saya ke Bali dalam rangka liburan, Sri Phala adalah hotel yang cukup strategis dekat pantai dan area makan serta di daerah kota. Kamar juga luas yang kebetulan saya memilih kamar dengan 2 tingkat. Kolam renang juga ada 2, anak-anak sangat menyukainya. Yang menjadi problem, hotel pada malam hari terlalu gelap, lampu taman kurang, yang ada hanya yang remang-remang sehingga bagi anak-anak terkesan sangat angker

awalnya agak susah mencarinya, soalnya alamat hotel yang tertera adalah gang kecil dibelakang hotel, padahal hotel ini sendiri terletak di jalan besar, tapi overall cukup ok

Hotel ini sangat tenang dan sepi. Kamar yang ada di hotel ini cukup luas disertai dengan satu set meja dan sofa dan kursi di teras. Hanya saja pemandangannya kurang begitu bagus dari kamar ini. Makan pagi cukup enak dan kita dapat mengkombinasikan dan memodifikasi menu sesuai yang kita inginkan. Jalan setapak menuju bungalow, restoran perlu diperbaiki mengingat banyaknya tanaman dan pephonon yang rimbun. Perlu dipapas dan dibentuk agar tamannya lebih indah. Terdapat jalan pintas menuju pantai yang dapat diakses hanya sampai sore hari. Letak resepsionis terlalu ke dalam dan gerbang hotel terlalu sepi tanpa penjagaan. Akses internet cukup cepat dan dapat diakses di ruangan khusus dekat resepsionis.

Old buildings but a nice place”
The staff are lovely and I love that they wear the traditional Balinese outfit. The restaurant and pool area is nice. It's on a busy road but you can't hear it from the room. The bedroom is spacious and tidy. The bathroom is a bit old but tidy. Overall I'm happy.

Staff are great, rooms and public areas are clean. The only issue is the air hole in the bathroom and bath gel need to be refilled for guest that stay multiple nights !

Quiet, clean with nice swimming pool. Only 10 minutes walk to the pier, plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Clean, great breakfast, close to the beach and quiet”
This hotel is close to the main road, but you cannot hear that at all when inside. It is close to the main road, so easy access, and near enough to the beach to not have to take any other forms of transport. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you can expect. Breakfast was delicious, staff were kind and generally it is lovely to stay in these beautiful surroundings.

Close to beach, fast boats and immigration. This was a stopover and regroup for me. Great pool and relaxing, secluded environment. I was too tired to go out much and the restaurant menu and food quality could be improvement.

It is hard to find a hotel in Bali with poor service. In saying that the staff at Sri Phala were simply outstanding. Clearly well managed, nothing was too hard, always smiling, pre emptively greeting you. Large rooms in a hotel that from the front does not look much but surprises once you are i side. A nice breakfast included, a short walk to the beach and on a major intersection it is close to everything in Sanur. The outside of the buildings need some updating but the rooms are very good with quiet aircon and nice balconies. Two pools for plenty of swimming.

Good place to stay”
This is a great place if you want to be close to the harbor to take a ferry the next day. Probably a bit more pricey for a solo traveler but I needed a nice relaxing place to work remote so it was a good fit for me. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When you arrive there is a welcome drink and you can refill your water bottle anytime. I felt extremely safe the entire time I was there. The lamp was not working and the bathtub would not drain at first. I told the staff and they immediately fixed the issues. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and how quiet the villa was.

Ok to catch ferry”
It's a quite dated hotel, though many in Bali are, to be fair. My aircon was a old and bit noisy, only just succeeding in cooling down the room. Good for a night before catching the ferry. If you are thinking of staying a few nights and in 2 minds about getting up early to do things or sleeping in, don't worry, the decision has been taken out of your hands as the morning sun streams through the wafer-thin blinds to wake at 6am sharp

Not very satisfied ”
The Resort still has very old designs they haven’t updated their washroom facilities, there is no jet spray. A lot of mosquitoes especially in the villas, the 2 bedroom villas the ground floor villa bathroom being open air attracts lots of insects and mosquitoes and is dangerous to go to in the night. Very bad lighting in the rooms. We would not recommend this place to anyone. And the location at Sanur is very bad. Sanur doesn’t have lively attractions around except the beach which is very crowded

Best services and strategic location”
I stayed here for honeymoon, the staffs really friendly and give us the best services, the location is very strategic for the traveller who wants to travel to nusa penida, only 5 mins to walk to sanur harbour
