Hotel ini masih soft opening jadi ada beberapa fasilitas yg belum ready...tapi pelayanannya tiada duanya...staf2nya sangat-sangat ramah...lebih seperti teman yang selalu mengajak kita untuk berkomunikasi...pemandangan dari lobby juga breathtaking...bangunan hotel juga sangat instagramable...kamar hotel juga sangat bersih...very recommended...
Berdasarkan pilihan ranjang yg tersedia ( king bed or 2 queen beds)di website Agoda, sy memilih queen beds utk 2 kmr yg sy pesan. Ternyata ketika check in diberi kmr yg king bed. Menurut staff htl, mereka tidak ada jenis twin queen, yg ada rwin full bed size. Ternyata Agoda salah dlm pilihan ranjang. Ini juga pernah terjd pd bl Desember lalu ketika sy tinggal di htl royal Chulan Kuala Lumpur. Agoda menulis kalau terdpt 1 ranjang king & single utk jenis kmr yg sy pesan. Ternyata pihak htl bilang kalau mereka tidak ada kmr jenis tersebut, hanya ranjang king atau twin beds

Love the buffet Bfast.. Staffs need to train for 5 stars hotel.. we stayed at Suite n there was cockroach in the room n mosquitos around the plunge pool..
Nice hotel for family or couple , but there some of the facilities are not complete yet , and the kids club is not good enough for kempinski hotelier class ,overall was excellent hotel
One of the best resort in Nusa Dua”
We were staying here for short escape from daily routines. It was very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Main entrance to the lobby is an alley encircling a calm pond towards the majestic main lobby, and the view from its balcony downcliff to the ocean is incredible. Our room was upgraded with access to lagoon. All the staffs we met were very friendly and helpful there, with special mention for ms. Mila from the hotel restaurant, also mr. Restaurant spv whom name we forgot to ask, who took the time with warm conversation with us and other guests, while asking inputs and provide betterment to restaurant service. Some facilities like the underwater restaurant was still under construction. All in all it was a great and pleasant stay, surely we'd love to stay here again in the future.

The most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in”
This hotel does everything right it was absolutely perfect it really does have a wow factor. I’ve stayed in over 2000 hotels this is probably the best, seriously I just don’t see how they could make it any better. Check in was slow I guess and I made 500 photos in just 1 nights stay. Every corner you turn takes your breath away. Only open 3 months so got s good deal, it’s the best hotel in the area and I expect the best hotel in Bali. Very impressed.

Pros: Great Hotel and location in Nusa Dua, Facilities new and clean, Laguna room has all the features and large. Food from the *only* restaurant was lovely and high quality. In room dining also high quality and reasonable price for a 5 star hotel. Would stay again providing the issues we encountered are rectified. Cons: Service throughout our stay on multiple occasions was very very slow. a) On arrival no-one to greet/unload taxi. Perhaps a call from front gate to concierge to let them know someone is checking in. Once checked in it required 2 phone calls to concierge to find out where our bags were. 40mins to bring bags from reception to our room. Same issue when checking out. b) We watched 2 families leave before the final part of their meals arrived . We had similar issues. Ordered coffee, coffee arrived and was 15min before milk followed at which time our coffee was cold! A simple orange juice took 15min. Not a huge issue but it all adds to the experience.

New hotel but service is lacking”
The hotel is very big but when I requested for just a 30 minutes late check out to properly packed my luggage, the staff rejected me. I tried calling the hotel many times to inform the staffs to make up my room but no one picked up. Lastly when I requested for pillows, they took more than an hour to get it right. Nice hotel but poor service with inefficient staffs.

New hotel with unfinished rooms and only one restaurant but with great view and bright future!”
It’s a soft opening of this hotel so that’s means it is not completely finished and only one restaurant inside this resort. The views of the building and facilities are great but the staff are not ready to the 5 stars hotel standard of its brand’s name. We booked the cliff suit with ocean view comes with a pool, which is the best room for now on but in the morning I can see workers gardening in front of my room with no privacy at all. The other thing is they still under construction of the room beside us and we woke up by the construction noise in the early morning at the very first day. It should not happened if the room is checked in by the front desk. The other thing is the restroom of the vip lounge with can’t fully close door of the bathroom and the toilet is not fully working when we go visit. I like the view and the place but they really needs to work on the details of service and make it worth of the location and view and also the price.

The worst service of kempinski hotels”
When we checked in @3pm, the receptionist didn’t give us the room that we booked. Thus we asked to call the manager; at first, she won’t call.. until we really got mad. After about 30 mins, finally the manager came and gave us the room that we booked. However, it took another almost 45 minutes until we got to our room. The process of checking in were about 1 hr itself. The services were very slow and the stuffs were mostly rude and impolite. The hotel is huge but it’s not ready to open for public yet. Many of the facilities were still under constructions and dusts and noises of constructions were everywhere. The locations were far away from everything.

Cliff pool villa is so great. The cliff lounge provide comfortable spa pool and delicious breakfast. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktail are so good. Very helpful staff.

The best hotel in Bali”
Brand new hotel with amazing view from Top of the cliff. Spacious room size and great pool side access. Water slide for kids and nice restaurant just around the corner from our room. Quite expensive but worth a try. The beach is not quite ready but beautiful view.

The building was majestic and artistic. The room was big and clean. So everything was extraordinary except for the staff uniform that made them look like inferior employees.
