                Basically a good property working out a few kinks here and there.”
                Had problems upon check-in. was shown 3 rooms before 1 was acceptable. Once in though, everything was fine. Wonderful staff in the dining room and whole staff was responsive to fixing problems with the hot water. Good beds and good housekeeping.

                Corridor has a bad smell. Commode seat where old, the room where alright but most disappointing part was the toilet. The lobby looks good but not satisfied with the room.

                This hotel is at best a 3. Rooms are old and the hotel constantly smells really bad. Staff are okay and helpful. Food isn’t the greatest either.

                Excellent location, close to airport, and South Delhi. Malls, Cinema & restaurants at walking distance. I've stayed here a lot & found the breakfast staff were very friendly, helpful, remembered your preferences. Need attention: Bathroom must have a shower curtain to prevent the water getting splattered all over the floor. Toilet should have a hose.

                My experience of this property is nothing short of a disaster. Upon checking in, one would expect hotel reception staff to greet you with a smile, use thank you's and please when asking for your passport. - Nope, nothing of that sort at the Grand. The reception staff were unprofessional, impolite and at most times, outright rude. The next morning we tried out the breakfast. We were served cold dosa's and stale curd (BE CAREFUL as we contracted FOOD POISONING) I immediately contacted the Food & Beverage Department who offered a simple apology and nothing more. Following that we had tried to take a shower, and unsurprisingly there was no water pressure and thus take a shower with a few droplets of COLD water. We called the duty manager Mr. TANMAY, who had a smirk on his face and ignored and concerns we had. Oh, and I had an engagement RING stolen from my room. Need a I more? Never, ever, again.

                I stayed in this hotel on a business trip, I found the hotel staff, food and premises as satisfactory to very satisfactory. The most disappointing aspects were poor wifi connection, shower and sink doesn't drain, difficult to flush the toilet and bad tasting pipe and bottled water.

                Unfortunate stay”
                The hotel facilities are of 5 star level - and is close to airport and some malls. However, the hotel needs to invest in training and empowering its front office staff - their approach to customer service is to say "it will be done in 5 minutes" when they do not have a clue (my request for a minor help arrived two hours later, whilst I was promised help in five minutes twice! This was after i was already in bed - and was woken up twice even though I had "do not disturb" sign on my door). Secondly, I had asked to be given a different room for my second night at the hotel - and the front office staff had promised that my luggage would be moved. I found someone else's luggage in my new room - and it took them one hour to locate and move my luggage from old room to new room (at one point I was so concerned that they had lost my luggage that I considered calling the police). Problems only seem to be solved if one talks to more senior managers at the hotel - and this is not a good sign. PS: none of the treadmills in the gym were working, the phone calls to front office/ concierge or room service were not answered (apparently the phone system also had a problem "because of the rain"); and there seemed to be asbestos on their sauna.

                Tomato soup and chocolate cake that I ordered as room service were excellent. Shower and bath tub is separeted. Big shopping mall is 5 minutes walk. I was able to enjoy shopping,especially super market.

                Worst hotel and customer service experience. They are not even close to any reputed good 5 star hotel service standard and I was completely ripped off as this was my first time experience and I shall leave no stone unturned to ensure no one stays at this hotel for the price they quote not worthy of either the price they charge or a 5 star hotel. One of the worst 5 star hotel experienced I ever had. They left no opportunity to extract money out of me for ridiculous charges which were never used or even ordered in the first place. Do not book or even visit this hotel unless they offer you room for less than $50 AUD per night. Worst experience and I have written for my full refund which I have neither received nor they have acknowledged.

                Beware, these guys try to fraud you !”
                They made a fraudulent invoice of Rs 1700 stating fraudulently that we took a hotel car for transport, when I told them Ive been using Uber and never took their hotel car they said my wife took it which she obviously did not as we were together all the time. When we saw the invoice it was not her sign. and the concierge guy said that he had signed on her behalf since she was in hurry, absolutely ridiculous. Best avoid this hotel.

                The room given has construction going on in the next room. Came after a tiring flight and wanted to have some rest late afternoon ... it was terrible knocking in adjoining room ! Hotel manager should quarantine the room that adjoins the room being renovated 😡

                Excellent property marred by inefficient service”
                A beautiful property but the same cannot be said about the service. Staff at the entrance to the lobby and bell desk is most non courteous I have ever seen anywhere in the world. The darban doesn't even bother to hold the door or open it. One has to wait at the car for so long before the staff comes to collect your luggage. There also the behavior is such as if they are doing a favor by allowing you to stay in this hotel. Then the facilities specially the electrical fittings in rooms are really bad quality. If not for the location and beautiful lawns, I would have never thought of visiting this hotel again.
