Villa nyaman ”
Kami menginap di sini bersama suami , teman dan suaminya beserta anak laki lakinya berumur 13 tahun dari Jepang. Villanya Bersih , luas, nyaman , dan interiornya bagus , dengan dapur yang besar dan ruang keluarga yang luas yang langsung menghadap ke kolam renang . Di dapur ada terdapat banyak alat alat makan , jadi villa ini juga cocok buat kumpul keluarga besar. Kebetulan kamar saya menghadap langsung ke kolamg renang juga , tepat begitu kita membuka pintu geser di depan kamar tidur , bisa hanya duduk duduk saja mencelupkan kaki di sana bila malas mau berenang , juga di kamar di sediakan Tv dan set home theater nya , kita bisa memilih menonton film atau hanya mendengarkan banyak pilihan musik yang sudah tersedia di sana . Sedangkan kamar teman saya ada di lantai atas di atas dapur dan ruang keluarga , yang mana viewnya juga menghadap ke kolam renang dan mempunyai balkon di sana. Dan mereka sangat senang tinggal di villa ini. Tapi buat makanan hanya makan pagi pagi saja yang di sediakna oleh villa ini , buat makan yang lainya kita harus car keluar , tapi tidak apa apa , karena kita ke sini berniat buat mengunjungi banyak situs sejarah di daerah Jogjakarta jadi kami memang banyak ada di jalan , makan di daerah Malioboro. Tapi di dekat hotel ada banyak toko combini 24 jam , jadi jangan khawatir kalau ingin membeli sesuatu .

Pertama-tama, cari lokasi villa nya susah. Sempet kesasar dan ragu juga.Kok di tempat terpencil ada villa. Tapi begitu masuk, wow. staff ramah, interior bagus, villa bagus, pool bagus, ada layanan spa. Kaya rumah ke dua. Bagi saya dan keluarga besar, ga perlu kemana - mana deh. Paling keluar cuma buat cari makan. Benar - benar tempat kumpul keluarga yang seperti rumah kedua.

Birthday blast”
We celebrated my birthday with the extended family. It was a great time with four younger children. The Villa is beautiful, with a great kitchen and living room-- TV with youtube and Netflix. We especially loved the pool. The main bedroom has a beautiful bathtub and a Semi-outdoor shower surrounded by nature. We loved spending time in the living room and celebrating and eating together. The pool was perfect, even with the main bedroom connected to it. There are a few spaces outside that are fun to hang out in like the gazebo and lounge chairs near the pool. There was also a nice promo from the Secluded Restaurant including pizza and cold beer. Some complaints-- the closet/clothes drawers were poorly made and falling apart, and the stairs going to the 2 bedrooms are very steep and slippery for children. Otherwise, very nice place.

I Booked Wrong Room But Staff is EXCELLENT!!”
My wife and I went on our anniversary and decided to book a private pool villa. Prior to arriving Yogja, I was contacted by the hotel staff (Ayu) and she set up a romantic dinner as well as flowers. Upon arriving, Ayu provided us a brief of the room(s) and this is when I realized I made a mistake in my booking. I loved the setup of the villa as well as the big beautiful pool, however, we decided to depart due to not wanting to share the villa with another couple. However, Ayu went above and beyond to assist me. She is a class A staff and we will certainly return to The Kharma Villas with the right room booked. Moving on to our departure, I forgot my accessories bag with valuable items in it at the airport checkpoint. Only knowing Ayu's number, I called and asked for her assistance. She went above and beyond in going to the airport to retrieve my bag and sending it to me. I can't wait to visit the Kharma Villas again: the integrity of the staff is just as important..Love it.

the house is abit dusty, sofa & chairs has dity stain, flying bugs & also their dead bodies were everywhere (including the swimming pool) except for the cleanliness, location & breakfast are ok. there’s a mall nearby the house.

The setup of the villa is peasant, however, the kitchen amenities were some what lacking and though somewhat clean, the facilities seem a little worn out.

The villa feels like Jungle, because its full of little creature, not that clean, a bit scary to take a shower because its open air. If you dont have car its a bit difficult to go around.

CONS: 1. chairs and sofa have dustmites and stains. 2. pool floor and water was dirty, flooring with molds- looks like not scrubed regularly. 3. Rooms were not cleaned daily even when requested 4. air-con are centralized. one of the room air-con, automatically switches off. they had to fix itvery late at night. happend again next afternoon but were checking out already so I really didnt bother to report it. PROS: 1. complete kitchen amenities 2. breakfast was okay 3. villa lay-out was nice but not really maintained well although manager Rizwal was quick to respond and apologized to us. Since they are catering for non-residents, it would be good to employ English-speaking staff who can attend to guests requests.

We find the villa a bit over price, they could have maintained it better. Kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned, bed sheets were not washed properly, stained bath robes, and room areas are dusty, lack of basic amenities like hair dryer, room slippers and pool towel, and the bath soap were so watery. Not all channels are available (HBOs), and there was no reception nearby. A long way to catch up to be a 5 star (the villas in bali are so much better in terms of facilities and service). We had local breakfast - nasi goreng, bakmi goreng - which were below standards. We loved the pool though.
