Lokasi mudah di jangkau, pada awalnya sempet heran dgn lokasi yg mojok n masuk gang... Tampak depan umadasa seperti rmh biasa, namun klu sudah masuk...tempat nya nyamaaannn n bersih..di sambut dgn staff yg ramah n menyenangkan, kamar yg bersih n cukup luas, sarapan yg mengenyangkan dengan menu ala internasional, lokasi sangat dekat dgn pantai,dekat dgn toko2 n rumah makan. Nice place.....

Hotel dengan layanan Prima serta dekat Pantai”

lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan pantai , sehingga memudahkan pelancong yg ingin menikmati pantai , juga dekat dengan restaurant dipinggir pantai , karena daerah double six. hotel dilengkapi swimming pool kecil , sehingga bisa berendam dan berjemur di taman. sangat ideal jika seluruh kamar hotel dibooking untuk acara didalam keluarga besar , sehingga semua fasilitas bisa dipakai secara privat . kamar diatas cukup besar , dan dilengkapi balkon kecil. hotel ini cukup bersih , hanya air panasnya agak kecil , dan pada malam hari tidak kebagian air panas. jalan masuknya ke hotel kurang kelihatan , masuk sebelum i tunes hotel

hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang homy banget. lokasi dengan pantai juga cukup dekat hanya 10 menit jalan kaki. makanan murah juga tersebar banyak sekitar hotel.

Hotel dengan staff yg ramah & responsif”

Sebenarnya sy tdk sempat merasakan pengalaman menginap di umadasa. Berhubung 2 hari sblm berangkat sy mendapat email bahwa kamar yg sy pesan sedang direnovasi, jd sy pun dipindahkan ke sebuah "semi villa" yg msh berada dibawah manajemen umadasa & letakmya pun dekat dengan umadasa. Overall kamar pengganti cukup bagus, luas, memiliki ruang tengah. Semuanya oke lah kecuali tdk ada kolam renang, sarapan miskin variasi & airport transfernya kemahalan . Tapi msh bs ketutuplah dgn staf yg ramah

Saya menginap 2 malam di hotel ini. Hotel kecil dengan suasanan yang menyenangkan seperti rumah. Lokasi juga cukup dekat ke pantai dan menu sarapan juga cukup bervariasi

B&B not a Hotel, comfortable clean room,bad shower”

Clean pleasant room. B&B not a Hotel. Advertise as it is. Great staff and reasonable breakfast. Small but quiet pleasant pool area. Big enough to cool down After shopping. Convenient location. close to beach. Terrible 600x600mm shower. Mouldy worn tiles. Desperately requires Re-tiling, Re-grouting, Re-sealing - Please. We checked - all showers were in this condition. If this info was on the review, we would not have booked this place. Not sure why previous feedback did not have this on there. Everyone else also complained about the shower. No signage outside hotel on or Main Street alleyway entrance. Took our taxi 1hour to locate. Put up a sign please.

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel ”

It is a very cute but quite comfortable and high standard hotel that is located very close to the seminyak beach front. Further the rooms are located around a nice and quiet garden with swimming pool. What alos needs to get highlighted is the attentive staff, which was always available for anything needed, whenever it was needed.

Comfortable, with excellent service”

We had a pleasant stay at Umadasa. We loved the breakfast home made by the staff and every day different. A real treat after weeks of toast with jam. The swimming pool turned out very small, but after all better than having nothing.

Had a very nice stay. Was able to check in early. The room is basic but very big and clean. Each room has its own porch area. The grounds were beautiful and clean. Very laid back and quite atmosphere.

Loved Umadasa”

Was given a warm welcome on arrival, the staff, especially Tare is exceptional, the other staff there are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was ever any trouble to them. To the owners, 10 out of 10 for great staff! Small Boutique Hotel lovely garden. Rooms are very comfortable with nice bed and pillows Close to beach and Double Six, Restaurants and shopping very close nearby. Will Deffinatley return to Umadasa on my next visit, this is a nice personal Hotel

Great B and B in a convenient location.”

This is a great place for solo travelers who want easy access to restaurants, shops, a little pampering and connection to other places in Bali. It can be a little hard to find though. Just try the taxi driver Tunes Hotel and drop off at the bend.

Lovely hotel located near shopping area”

Great service by staff, excellent english spoken! Located in the central area for street shopping. Very homely feel to the rooms, very clean rooms. Not that easy to find (located in a small alley). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!

Great stay”

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were so helpful at any request I had. the location was great I was in that area for the shopping so was Right amongst the shops on Double six and only a minutes walk to the beach. They have a set breakfast every morning which I found to be delicious. I will be staying here again when I come back to Bali. I can't fault it at all.

Quiet sanctuary”

I managed to score the loft/ family room with 2 bedrooms, it's definately not a place for people with partying in mind, situated top of legian/ bottom on seminyak it's a little hard to find... It's down a dirt lane way then off to the right, it's a villa with the number 10 on the door. Very relaxing, not big but very nicely furnished, would suggest it for the more mature traveller that wants a quiet stay that's still close to everything.

Cosy and lovely guesthouse in central Seminyak!”

Faultless. Adorable guesthouse, cosy and comfortable, unique, clean, centrally located. Our group of four liked it so much we reserved an additional night as soon as we checked in. Chezzy and his staff were such a help during our time in Seminyak. We'll stay again in a heartbeat and the next time we're in Bali.

Clean, small and unintrusive”

Excellent. Great family room. Very good place to stay upon arrival in Bali and before departure. So close to great beach and beginners surf. Umadasa provide lots of information to help the traveller. Quiet and clean and restful.

My first Bali experience”

Fantastic! Being treated like royalty and nothing was too much to ask and service delivered with a smile. The breakfast was tasty and a great selection every morning. Overall, I would definitely come back and already miss the beautiful girls and Chesy's lovely smile and morning chats.

Love the Art”

The Umasada Seminyak Hotel was exactly what you would expect from looking at the pictures. The walls were covered with local art and the hotel/rooms were nice and clean. What can't be seen in the pictures is the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great loction, great for solo travelers”

Great value for money! Very close to beach, breakfast was great and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I was worried that the B&B may be a little loud, given such a small amount of common space, but was pleasantly surprised. Would DEFINATELY recommend airport pick up - and follow up if you don't hear back! This place is impossible to find on your own, and the locals aren't familiar with it either.

A Quiet surroundings hotel , It's a Gem !”

I would like to say that I love this hotel very much! This is a private house with a swimming pool (water is pretty cold) & quite surrounding . It is next to the tune hotel. You have to ask around because this hotel do not have any signboard. the main door is the wooden door. I booked this hotel in Agoda.com 2 months ahead for RM190/night. but before the date I check in to this hotel, the rates drops to RM130/night. :( Anyway, this is a good choice as the room is very limited (only 5 rooms). Grab it and you won't be regretted. We are lucky to have room that have the pool view. The highlight for this hotel is the - Breakfast ! The breakfast is really yummy & it prepared freshly upon your request in the morning. The best breakfast I had in Seminyak , until now , I still miss the Umadasa breakfast !
