        15min to Ubud CenterLove the location of Bakung Ubud with free shuttle service to and from Ubud Palace/Center. Staff is great and very friendly. Food is adequate and cleanliness is ok. Would stay again. My complaint is with ZEN ROOMS (the online booking company of Bakung Ubud Resort). Very confused and not efficient at all. They sent me an email indicating I have not paid when in fact my credit card was charged hours before for the entire stay by Agoda! Also, never book your AIRPORT/HOTEL Transfer with Zen Rooms! I missed my flight because the driver they booked NEVER SHOWED UP! Bakung Ubud Hotel I give an A++, Zen Room (online agent) BIG FAIL!!!

        Spacious Room, Quiet Area, 10 mins to Ubud CenterI booked 1 night room at this place, and was happy with the room and its surrounding. Thus, I booked another night through Agoda, also under the title Zenrooms Ubud Sriwedari 1. The booking has been confirmed, proven by the booking confirmation sent to my e-mail. Unfortunately the staff said that Zenrooms made mistake, because the hotel (Bakung Resort) had been fully booked on that date since 3 days ago. I tried to contact Agoda, but Agoda said it's Zenrooms responsibility, and Agoda had contacted Zenrooms to contact me. But until the booking date, Zenrooms still didn't contact me, and once again I contacted again, Agoda still assured me that Zenrooms will contact me. And it's passed 10 am already, so I decided to find Zenrooms number online and contacted them myself. And finally they relocated me to another Zenrooms nearby as I requested. Next time if you booked through double agents, in my case Agoda+Zenrooms make sure you double reconfirm, so no unnecessary frills.

        Quality of room cleanliness has gone downThis is my second stay at Bakung Ubud. I was sad to see that the rooms were not as well-kept as they were the first time I stayed there the previous year and the bathroom especially had an unpleasant sewer smell all the time.

        Sangat baikThe room was contemporary yet basic. The internet did not work consistently or in certain areas which made it difficult for me to do my work. It was also a bit far from center so I would recommend a scooter. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant.

        Love the location of Bakung Ubud with free shuttle service to and from Ubud Palace/Center. Staff is great and very friendly. Food is adequate and cleanliness is ok. Would stay again.
