    hotel baru yg menyenangkan”
    saya menginap di zest hotel legian via agoda tgl. 19 sd 23 desember 2016, sampai di bandara bali jam 6 sore waktu bali, mecoba grab taxi ke hotel dengan argo rp. 70.000, lama perjalanan +/- 1 jam karna macet, staff hotel nya sangat ramah sekali, sy pesan kamar queen, ruangan minimalis, cukup besar bagi kami berdua, kamar dan kamar mandinya bersih, hanya kurang kedap suara sedikit tapi tidak masalah, kolam renang di atap nya keren, sarapan setiap pagi di cafe jaen yg ada di bawah hotel, sekeranjang roti, kopi, teh, jus dan pilih 1 menu sarapan dari 8 menu yg ada, kalau bukan tamu hotel untuk sarapan 1 set itu dikenakan rp.100.000, rasanya bagi saya enak banget! menu ala cafe yg cukup bervariasi, cobalah pan cake nya! sy mecoba menu nasi campur cafe nya di malam hari juga mantap!, daerah nya strategis dekat dengan seminyak dan kuta, dekat pantai double six (naik motor sekitar 5 sd 10 menit saja), dekat dengan tempat yg di rekomended trip advisor : warung murah dan la karma spa. di sekitar hotel banyak rentalan motor, bisa minta tolong pihak hotel menghubungi yg terpercaya. kamar tiap hari dibersihkan, di ganti handuk nya dengan persetujuan kita telebih dahulu. yg kurang hanya karna tidak ada kulkas nya saja tapi tidak masalah bagi saya. kasur nya dua jempol empuk dan nyaman. koneksi wifi ada tapi suka putus melulu. Keseluruhan oke banget bagi saya dan pasangan, hotel bintang 2 tapi rasa bintang 5, semoga bisa dipertahan kan seterusnya jangan karna hotel masih baru saja harapan saya. saya pasti menginap kembali disini. terimakasih zest hotel legian!

    Hotel in itself was great, loved the pool, rooms were clean, towels could do with replacing or a good bleach, but you get what you pay for, location was amazing and hotel staff lovely. The biggest downfall of this hotel is the service from the downstairs restaurant, The Jaen, the service is not good at all and so so slow, you can sit there for 20 minutes without even being noticed, while the staff have a chat behind the bar and when you are finally given a menu, it takes another 20 minutes before someone finally comes to take your order, everyday was the same, while the restauarnt staff are lovely, they need to be retrained in all areas, absolutely terrible.

    I wish we would have booked this place for our whole stay! Great staff, super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Rooftop pool was super refreshing, and great sunset spot. Bed was very comfy, everything was clean, and the price was right. The only downfall was the location.. It's a bit more towards Seminyak, which might be nice for some, but we like cheap local food, and there is next to none of that around this hotel. All the surrounding restaurants were a bit pricey, and all western food.

    Fantastic value for money. Bed was so comfy. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Loved the pool area although could do with some more sunbeds. Great breakfast. Will definitely be back.

    The staff are lovely. The manage Doni very friendly and helpful as are all the staff. Juli at reception always smile and make you welcome. Gloria in the dining room very friendly and bubbly ,makes breakfast pleasant. Rooms are not big but have enough space for everything for a short term stay. Included Breakfast is plentiful and varied each day or you can have breakfast from the menu and change to whatever suits your taste. Pool area on roof is good. Though I would prefer better shaded ereas as it can get very hot. Overall really great place to stay and location is close to beach and easy to get around. We would stay again .

    A good budget hotel in the vicinity of buzzing area”
    A very good budget hotel in the vicinity of beach which is few minutes away. The rooms with bathroom & toilet are clean. The rooftop pool is the best to enjoy the leisure time & view the surrounding area. Their Jaen Restaurant offers good food. The staff is always cooperative. Only improvement would be to serve the welcome drinks or juices with actual fruit juice rather than serving with ice & water. Also a specific spa room should be kept for guests rather than providing it in guests' room.

    Another GREAT stay!!”
    This is our 8th stay at ZEST Legian, and each has been outstanding!! The Staff, food selections, location and cleanliness are all that you could ask for from a Hotel of this caliber and the rooftop pool and view is incredible!! Proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and pubs is GREAT. Suggest that you ask for a room with an 'even' ending number, ie, 104, 208, 314, etc, as the odd number rooms face the street and there is a bar across that can get a bit rowdy from 2000 to 2130 on some nights. Already planning our next visit!

    Zest is the Best ”
    We have stayed here 4 times now and find it a very nice hotel. its basic of course, but great value for money at the same time. the location in Legian is fantastic. only about a 6-minute walk to the beach and close to a lot of cafes bars and restaurants. The on-site restaurant is great as well. and you can easily sit there and relax people watching from the street corner location. We will definatly be back. The roof top pool is great too. but could use a little more shade.

    Quick end of holiday stay 2 nights”
    This hotel is very good value for money, food is fantastic, service is great, the beds are amazing so soft and comfy pillows are also feather very comfortable. Pool on the roof is great for a view, very hot up there if you’re wanting sun all day then you have it. Would stay there again but not really for children. They phoned us after 1 night and asked if everything was ok which was lovely. The rooms are very small but you only sleep there really. Would recommend for a getaway.

    We stayed 1 night and then returned for 2 more after a boat trip leaving from Labaun Bajo and the even let us leave a bag. The location is convenient to the airport and to the beach and to many good restaurants. Water pressure is good and there are plenty of outlets. Negatives: we arrived at 13:50 and they said the room was not ready, but would be in a few minutes. We left for 40 min to buy a SIM card and shop and returned and it was STILL not ready. We went to the restaurant and had lunch and finally the room was ready, but there were long black hairs not cleaned out of the shower. Gross. When we returned to Bali the girl at the bar wouldn't let us use the coupon for a free mocktail except on iced tea despite the fact that it clearly says "free mocktail" and there is a mocktail section on the menu. I think she was just too lazy to make it. The restaurant is not worth eating at, the service is slow and the food mediocre.

    Spent another three (3) delightful nights at ZEST Legian in May of 2018 and loved it!! Good rooms, good food, great roof top pool and outstanding location. The bed was big and soft, the water hot, the AC cold, a grand breakfast and a 5 minute walk to the beach~ what more can you ask for? NOW they have mini fridges in the Queen rooms to have a cold soda or candy bar when you want it. There are shops, pubs, convenience stores, restaurants and massage parlors galore all around and very close by! The folks at ZEST are first rate and help Ya' any way they can. Already scheduled for a return stay in Sept..... Can't wait!

    Disapionted with lack of concern for guests ”
    My partner was ill with a blood nose the staff issued me with cleaning bill and showed absolutely no interest that she was not well totaly more interested in them self than the guests.

Allow me the explain the situation, Mr. Russel, Our staff and i were personally met you and asked if everyone is alright since we found blood stain on the linen and towel. What we got from you was saying that everyone is fine which make us feel relief.     Budget friendly”
    Nice little, budget hotel. Pros; Pool on the roof (not huge but due to the small number of rooms there was only ever a few people up there). Staff were awesome. Heaps of great restaurants within 5 minute walk on all directions (didn't have a bad meal at any of them!!). Cons; Staff (in that they need more of them! Ex. The pool bar wasn't staffed so you have to call down to order). Onsite restaurant (a little hit and miss. My first night I took a seat and waited 10 minutes to be served, due to lack of staff, before going across the road. I had a burger one day which was fantastic but the breakfast wasn't up to scratch, but there are plenty of options close by). Maintenance (there were signs of it not being kept as up to scratch as you'd hope. The balcony railings had signs of rust already, and the pot plant was very dead...) Only small things, but it's the small things that would've made this a great hotel. Overall, if I paid $80+ I'd be annoyed but I "get it" and enjoyed my time here.

We are pleased to know that you were happy with our rooftop pool, friendliness of our associates and the location of the hotel itself. However on the other vent, we found that you have an unpleasant situation with the staff, where you need to wait for 10 minutes for the service as well as service availability at the roof top pool. Regarding of the staff availability at pool, we have schedule our staff to go around every 1 hour provide the service to our guest. Please accept our sincere apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope this experienced will not mar your opinion about our hotel. We look forward to welcome you back in the nearest future.
