Honestly I was very impress with this hotel compared to some low rating reviews written on this hotel webpage. I was initially worried should what has been written were true but surprisingly it was among the best hotel I stayed when visiting Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and breakfast was damn good. My only advise if you are coming from the Malpensa Airport, do call the hotel concierge to arrange a pickup from the airport and they will come and pick you with minimal 5 euro charge. Small coach with hotel name on it will come and pick you up to which I did not do it but it's good experience using the free transfer bus from the airport since I did not call them earlier. I enjoyed my stay there.

We choose this hotel as we arrived late night in Milan and no bus/metro transfer Is available at that time. Excellent room, clean and safe. Very good Breakfast for 7€. During the day free bus every 20’ between T1-T2 leaves you really close to the hotel. Option to arrange a transfer from the hotel for extra cost.

The hotel worked great for me and my wife for our two-night stay. A five-minute drive to the airport, shuttles every half hour, helpful and super-friendly staff, big breakfasts, clean bathroom, quiet, excellent mattress for a fine sleep

This is one of the nearest hotel to the airport. They offer airport shuttle for 5 EUR/p or 10 EUR/2-4p. Late night shuttle will be charged double price. We booked rooms for 4p each. Breakfast is good with many varieties. They serve only western breakfast, so not many choices for asian. I know those hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia with same star do provide variable food from western, asian and even middle eastern food. Some of the staffs are not so friendly, probably it's due to cultural differences. They don't smile, and when we asked whether we could order food from outside, one of them asked why not eat in their restaurant. I told them the baby need porridge, meanwhile they don't have that in the menu. Unlike those staffs you find in Bali, all are friendly and smiling. But some are indeed helpful, especially the waitress and 2 receptionists. We asked for warm water for our baby's milk, because they do not provide kettle in the room. The receptionist told us, no they can't provide that. Told us to buy. We then went to the restaurant and the waitress gave it to us right away. Apart from that, if you are travelling with adults only, this one is a good choice to stay. There's a free shuttle to airport, 10 min walk.

Very convenient for Malpensa airport”
Idea hotel is a short (under 10 mins) drive from the airport terminal. Usually they provide a shuttle (cost €2.50 pp) but due to COVID it is suspended and a taxi costs €10. The rooms are large with two double beds and a good bathroom. Due to COVID the restaurant is closed but a pizzeria (within walking distance) provides carry out or delivery. Good pizza and great value. Very comfortable room and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Restaurant is quite adequate, and appreciated given that hotel is not within walking distance of any eateries. Airport shuttle was prompt, professional, and reasonable priced.

The hotel is within a quick 5 min drive to the airport. There is a shuttle for 5EU which will transport you from one to the other. The neighborhood it is in is rather quiet: a church on the same block, a few restaurants nearby. The beds in the room were clean.

Transit hotel for Milan Malpensa airport”
Close to Milan Malpensa airport, shuttle bus operates every 30 minutes. Clean, good sound isolation although the airport is located close to hotel.
