Good value and comfortable ”
This hotel exceeded expectations. It's a little way from the centre and about 20 minutes from the station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. For a budget hotel, it was excellent value and breakfast was included.

Excellent”
We booked this hotel for second time this year and I would say we are quite satisfied. The location of the hotel is not the best as it is not in city center but it takes 5 minutes by car to reach the port where you can eat and walk. Also there is a commercial center next to hotel where you can find food. There are public and private beaches very close to the hotel but if you prefer to go Bergeggi or Spotorno beaches, they are about 10 minutes drive. In fact we chose this hotel not to pay double price at the hotels around Spotorno where we reserved the beach. The staff were very polite and tried to do their best. The facility is modern and has spacious rooms. The only "relatively negative points were: - the queue during breakfast (on saturday 5th we had to wait about 20 minutes in the queue before our turn comes to collect our breakfast). The hotel should put more people to reduce the waiting time especially during crowded hours. - the AC that cannot be adjusted in the room.

Good Average for room equipment”
The stay was ok but could be better. The parking which was announced is a public one was not clear in announcement. The check in was perfect. The personal ok. The coffe was really not good (problem with machine or quality?), breakfast choice good. The romm was clean but the pillow and bed are really not for 4 stars hôtel. The rag need to be renewed. Night was really calm which I appreciated during a long trip. The commercial center where the Hôtel belongs is really good.

Walk to train”
I arrived by train & the hotel was within easy walking distance. They also have a 24h desk (reception), so I didn't need to panic when my train was late as someone was there to check me in. The room was large as was bathroom and very modern. With a great breakfast included it was a fabulous place to stay.

Short notice evening”
We booked this hotel as we had issues with our hire car from Linate. It was a simple process to book and the hotel was in a convenient location, with an excellent proximity to Milan-Linate Airport. The room was a simple affair, however for 81 Euro, it was a basic room with very basic amenities. The breakfast provided in the morning was satisfactory, with good coffee, and the offer of the airport shuttle in the morning (despite a small 3 Euro fee) made the transition to the airport simple. The staff were helpful and able to provide the basic information required. Thank you for an easy night, during a relatively stressful time.

Ok but far from center”
I didn't realise this is not far from center and in the evening the choice was between paying 30 euro for a taxi or walking alone in the dark on empty streets. Hotel otherwise was nice, great breakfast, and nice room.

Trip to savona ”
The hotel have two point of views one loolk very nice and modern very stailish, the other view is very damaged broken shower floors and so on the breakfast room has no decoration it looks like a waiting hall in a train station not a nice place to stay more than 1 day

I booked this hotel for one night before going on a cruise and was very surprised by what I got for the money I paid. Would definitely go there again but would take a taxi next time to the port.

Excellent”
Very nice room, but the bed was rather hard and you have to call the front desk to change the settings on the AC. Good food in the restaurant, protected parking close at hand, and a good value overall.

Not upto the mark”
A new swanky looking hotel with all modern gadgetry but they have yet to become client friendly . Information available was scanty & the staff was not very helpful. It is some what out side the city with no commuting facility nearby.There are no eating places in proximity except Wild West Restaurant . I will not like to stay in this hotel again if I have choice closer toi the city.

Nice hotel, not well maintained”
Arrived very late and tired. Got to the room and found it excessively hot. A/C inoperative. Contacted staff and was told it would be reset and would take 20 minutes. After 30 minutes nothing. No help whatsoever from staff. In the morning no hot water in the bathroomshower!

4 nights all days missing some towels, not full cleaning in the room due to full accomodation. breakfast not sufficient staff cold e not professional on the site was not included the city tax other 40 euro extra charge
