Nice staff. However, room was dirty and had an uncomfortable bed (extremely hard). Room was noisy and sounded like there was a bottle depot down below. We were located near the breakfast room which was loud early in the morning. Very expensive for what we got.

The hotel is well located and near Garibaldi metro/train/bus station. The staff are helpful and nice. Our room had a balcony and seats to which added to the joy of our stay. The only thing that we can complain about was breakfast, first, unfortunately, it wasn't inclusive ( no vegan or lactose free option ), then the quality was very very cheap.

The hotel allowed me to leave my heavy suitcase two days prior to check-in, which helped me to enjoy my trip to Amalfi Coast! At check-in, a hotel staff helped me with my suitcase and showed me a separate door that led to the elevator. I was given a small but nice room with an interior terrace. The TV was oddly positioned though as well as the glass-topped desk and chair right at the foot of the bed. The small buffet breakfast had scrambled eggs and was good enough. This hotel is perfectly located--a few steps from the Metro and the train station!

1.they used super single bed and sell us as queen size bed....I'm asian consider small size. The bathroom is small, find it difficult to take a shower....and tt how small the shower is

The room is comfortable although the walls too thin and you can here everything from the hallway. The sink in the bathroom didn´t work. The breakfast was good.

It's my own fault for booking this hotel, I realized I should have paid attention to other reviews. First of all I would never stay in the part of Naples again (downtown across the street from the train station). Had to park a few blocks away and pay 20 euro a day for parking. Hotel used to be or still is one of those hotels that people live in and pay monthly like old apartments or something. This area is terrible, lots of garbage, dirty, bums everywhere, people living in cardboard boxes on the side of the road, no joke! No internet in the room, wireless in the lobby or reading room. Creepy. Again- do not stay in this area!

It's ok for short stay. Good location. Clean but rooms are very small. Wifi only on the reception or close to bar area. Good value of money.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from Napoli Centrale station. It is suitable for trveller who want to save time for moving to your Hotel. It is convenient to move around the city.

I was impressed as it was nicer than I expected from a hotel near the railway station, no real complaints, although the breakfast was a little boring.
