1. Response - Emailed to ask about the buggy service to take me from the parking lot to the hotel. Hotel staff responded fast. 2. Location - Easy drive on a Sunday night. - Near LRT and shopping spots. - Was not noisy at night. 3. Parking - Parking lot was a bit confusing at first, as I didn't know the hotel shares parking with LPPKN. - Strange layout where if you go up the ramp, you end up at the LPPKN staff parking lot and are forced to exit. But there was a staff at the boom gate who redirected me to go back in. - Buggy is only available if you press the intercom or scan the QR code for it. I and two other unrelated guests didn't know where to find the buggy and walked up two flights of stairs to the lobby. Would be good to put this on the information page in Agoda. - Plenty of parking. Was not too narrow to drive up. - They scan your car number as you enter. So you validate your car number at reception during check-out to receive the RM4.50 per entry rate. 4. Reception - Easy check-in and check-out. - Professional and friendly staff. 5. Facilities - There's a self-service convenience store in the lobby. No staff there - scan your items and pay yourself. Very convenient, except they seem to only have uncommon brands for coffee, energy drinks and probiotic drinks. No milo, chocolate drinks etc. - Room has shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, towels. I'm saying this here because they were not listed and the AI didn't know if they had them. - Room is extremely comfortable and clean. - Have to turn on lights and aircon on your own. No slot to slide your key card into. - Lots of plug points. - Only issue is with the shower. Pressure was low, so rainshower was not effective. The heater kept turning on and off too, so the water alternated between cold and hot. The divider between shower and toilet is also quite narrow and short, so the entire bathroom becomes extremely wet after a bath. - TV can be connected to personal Netflix. Available channels were not bad - AXN, Nickolodeon. - Aircon was working well. Overall a very good experience. I stayed here for a seminar at the AICB Centre of Excellence. Was a quick 7-min drive. Would definitely come back when I come up for the next seminar.
