        Cheap Clean Hotel”

        The price was reasonable considering the location is just a flyover away from city centre of Hat Yai. At the end of the alley where this hotel is located, it's opens up to a lively intersection with plenty of local restaurants, 7 eleven and Tesco. A good stay and value for money.

        good hotel, must try”

        Boutique designed hotel, cheap, attentive staff

        It's was my 3rd time visit Hatyai, this time i drive into Hatyai so i don mind to select a hotel that located far bit from city as you can take tuk tuk (Teksi) to city with just 60bath (negotiated) per person. I select this hotel is just because cheap, boutique designed hotel and the hotel had it's own car park.

        Quiet and located at residential areas. Different than staying in central Hat Yai town where you get to feel and experience the stay like a local Thai and eat at stalls where locals dine out at.

        Stayed here for 3nights in April and this is a right choice for us. Located about 2km away from Hatyai town centre (Lee Garden or Centara) and suitable for those who drives on your own and preferred a little quiet neighborhood. You can ask for Tuk,Tuk service from the reception. The double bed room is nice, modern and clean. No carpets and tiles only (good for those who are allergic to dusts). Booked the room only without breakfast and is affordable and value for money. Got wifi, LCD TV, AC , bar fridge and also safe deposit. No coffee/tea facilities but is okay for us. 24hrs Tesco Lotus or 7,11 stores just about 2mins walk/500metres away and at night got local eateries places to eat. There's a good Thai massage centre nearby called Oliver Ancient Massage :) Different types of stalls and food located nearby and mostly catered for the local Thais here. Will certainly recommend to everyone who would like to try somewhere less touristic and go for some local taste.

        As Good As The Picture Says”

        The Room, The Bathroom, The MiniBar

        I was very impressed the moment i step inside the room... super clean. The Bathroom was sooo clean - had rain shower, big mirror. The mini Bar had beers - cheap was about 45 - 65 baths each. Romantic environment in the room. A/C cold enough. Bed/Pillow Comfortable. Got cotton buds. TV have only 3 English channels. Got convenient store around the corner, which sell again cheap beers. Distance to Lee Garden (Shopping Place) with tuk tuk about 30 baths/pax - you can still nego 50 baths for 2pax if you a good talker. Had a good time, and next time I am planning to drive to Hatyai and stay there again - got big parking.

        Value for money with lots of nice food around”

        The hotel is situated in the residential area as opposed to the city center (aka Lee Garden Plaza area). Thus, a bit hard to locate even for some of the tuk-tuk drivers. You need to pass thru a old steel bridge across the railway in order to reach the center area. Anyway, you could find nice food around here. There is an lotus express and 7-11 nearby so you won't starve. The room is big and welly decorated. Not much facilities provided but you get what you paid. The staff should be more friendly.

        The room is very small and not practical for a couple with a baby to stay. It looks like a dorm. Concept of a boutique hotel is good, but it is unlikely a boutique one.

        Within walking distance to malls n restaurant.

        Good wifi. Pleasant staff. Same breakfast during our stay. Breakfast menu should be change daily. Bathroom facilities should be improve. Lousy hand shower, holder keep dropping. NO hot water for OVERHEAD SHOWER
