South Drive Hidden Place ”
Last August 28, 2014 about 5:AM earlier than the check in time at Iggy's Inn, Alfred was the one who welcome us and let us in because we have 2 kids with us who were freezing in cold outside. His kindness and accommodating personality we felt like Baguio was our second home. The following day we met don the nephew of the owner who were so kind and accommodating specially with the kids and ate dory from Tacloban which the owner of the Inn helped her and her family from typhoon Yolanda giving them new future and new life in Baguio, Aljur the man who always served us our breakfast and to their very good cook I sincerely Thank all of you who assisted me and my family during our stay. The place is peaceful specially in the night you can sleep good not like in the city proper which has noise. I also get the chance to meet Sir Louie one of the owner of the hotel who were also kind to us. These people are not only staff nor owner of the Iggy's but the whole place is full of accommodating and kind people with a good customer service by heart that makes us feel important as their guest. Again, Thank you Alfred, Don, Ate Dory, Aljur, Sir Louie and to all the staff of Iggy's who are very good people and we will definitely come back in Baguio and stay in your place :-) God Bless you and More Power. .

my first time in baguio with my family”
It was my first in baguio but our trip was really memorable. We came all the way from Bicol.left there around 6:30 am but arrived in the hotel at 2am due to traffic, coding and rest periods. We were actually lost looking for Iggy's Inn as our driver is not familar in South Drive. Hence, we were able to locate it by asking the locals and police. Funny that on the first day, we were so problematic regarding my partner's iphone was missing. It still rang around 3am so we thought it's just in the car. So when we were about to have our breakfast, we checked it on the car but it wasnt there. We tried to call it again but it was on the busy mode already and thought someone already got it! the owner helped us locate it but apparently my cousin's cousin found it dedbat underneath the car seats. Honestly, i didnt really had doubts with the staff because I read reviews of the hotel before i booked. The staff are really great. The second day(early morning) wallet (my cousin's cousin) was lost too and found it in Brgy Hall which is beside Iggy's Inn. It was surrendered by a boy then gave it to Brgy. Captain. Later during lunchtime my daughter was also lost in Strawberry farm in La trinidad.and on the third day the cover of the dslr cam.haha! We should be tagged as the lost family.lol! The food was kinda pricey but guess what! Kuya Louie didnt let us pay for our extra order for breakfast. Thank u so much Kuya. Indeed, if we will gonna be coming back to Baguio. We will definitely check in at Iggys! Good food. Good staff. Good place.thumbs up!

A perfect 10!!!”
As a frequent Baguio visitor, my stay at Iggy's Inn tops it all!!! I was so curious why it got good ratings at Agoda.com... now I know! The staff made me feel at home the moment I stepped in the place. The smell of fresh linen and the Filipino breakfast were icing on the cake. I've stayed in hotels and transient inns, Iggy' Inn is somewhere in between. All the creature comforts plus value for your money. The location is close to tourist spots but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Session Road. Every morning, you will find joggers along the stretch of South Drive. A 10-minute walk to the west is Teacher's Camp and to the east is Ating Tahanan. Take a cab and for less than a hundred bucks you can visit any of the tourist spots e.g. Mine View, Panagbenga, Wright Park, Mansion, Burnham, etc. Feel like vegging out? You can simple stay in the lobby, watch tv, read books or admire the paintings that adorn the place. You can even stay in your room and enjoy their fast wifi and order room service. Iggy's Inn has everything for everyone, whether you are a first time Baguio visitor or a frequent traveler like me, the place would surely be your home away from home. I've already booked another stay next month... need I say more?!

A home away from home”
Iggy's Inn is probably one of the best if not the best place I've stayed in so far in all of the many out of town trips I've had with my girlfriend. The place itself was like a museum! It had a lot of antiques and artworks of famous artists including Juan Luna's acclaimed last painting before he died(said to be priced at around 7 million). The food was great too not to mention their strawberry salad dressing was an experience itself(for salad junkies like my girlfriend and I. We just had to buy a big bottle. Oh and by the way, you can only find this strawberry salad dressing at Iggy's Inn in Baguio. Believe me, I have tried looking around myself. LOL). However, the best part of the stay, I must say, is the hospitality and kindness the management showed us. Their customer service is second to none, treating us like we were VIPs. I have to make mention of Don who was in charge when we checked-in. Such an awesome fellah! He made sure we got all we needed and even more, ensuring our stay in Baguio to be the most memorable so far. We wouldn't think twice about bragging them to our friends and families. I must say we have found a home away from home at Iggy's Inn.

Exceeded our expectations!”
Was quite hesitant to book at Iggy's Inn because it seemed far from attractions and city proper. Since Iggy's was quite cheap, we did not expect much from it, thinking we'll just get what we paid for. We arrived 4:30AM and was allowed to check in early for free. Got a room bigger than what I booked, again for free! They even allowed us to leave our bags until 10PM on the day we checked out! Everyone was really warm and welcoming, made us feel as if its our second home. Gave us tips on where to go, Don even shared his number just in case we get lost. Location is perfect, South Drive was really quite and the view was really nice. Never had a hard time getting a cab and it costs 50-80PHP getting around. We had an amazing stay at Iggy's, it was definitely more than what I paid for. Too bad we didn't get to see much of their gallery. Will surely stay again at Iggy's given a chance to go back to Baguio!

Great staff, location and rooms!”
We had a nice and comfortable stay at iggy's. We got a deal here in agoda and when we checked in, we were upgraded. Sweet! The rooms are really nice for their value. Spacious and homey. Just the way we want our Baguio accommodations to be! The apartments offer a fantastic and unobstructed view of the Baguio skyline. The location is perfect because it's very quiet and peaceful but it is just a couple of minutes away from major baguio tourist destinations. I can go on about everything good about iggy's but the one thing that made it stand out from the rest is their customer service. Sir Don, their manager, was truly attentive to all our needs. We also had a problem with our reserved dates and sir don was kind enough to help us. And speaking of kindness, one of their staff was a Yolanda/Haiyan victim. The owner of Iggy's took in the family of the staff member and gave them food and shelter and then gave the staff a job. Their kindness really touched us. If you want to experience all these, book iggy's and find out for yourselves. We already did for december! God bless!

Best and kindest staff I have ever met in my life.”
So my family and I (my dad & sis) booked a stay for 2 nights at Iggy's Inn. We weren't expecting much because this place was one of the cheaper ones in Baguio that could accommodate more than 2 people (most hotels there only accommodate 2 pax per room). The place itself is quaint, decorations and furniture are old but rustic. The location is slightly further away from the city proper, but if you like quieter areas, this is great. It costs only about 50 pesos by cab to get to the city, or a 20-30mins walk (just walk, the weather is amazing). There's no aircon, just a fan, but that's more than enough because Baguio is very cool and air is fresh. Cleanliness wise, we thought it could be improved (we found cockroaches in the bathroom), but we're not too fussy about it. Breakfast menu were the usual Filipino dishes (e.g. Tapsilog, Longsilog), not suitable for vegetarians. It's a fixed breakfast set with coffee/tea - but you can order more from their menu at additional expenses. What really made my trip was the staff. The staff at Iggy's Inn are really one of the kindest staff I've met. When I checked out, I left my laptop charger and hard drives (like the 1TB hard drive, DSLR mem cards etc.) in the room's drawer. I only realized I left it all there when I got back to Manila. Absent minded me, as usual lol. I obviously freaked out big time because all my info and data I’ve ever had in the past decade is stored in there. I opened up my inbox with the remaining 15% I have left on my laptop, ready to fire frantic emails to the hostel. Turns out they beat me to it and sent me an email informing me that I left my stuff in the drawers, and it was at the front desk for pick-up anytime. I told them I was in Manila, and that it would be difficult for me to go all the way up there again. I gave them my address, pleading them to help mail me my items at my expense. In response, they said that it was okay, because one of the staff was heading down to Manila and lived right next to

The Best Inn in town!”
Our stay at Iggy'y Inn was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Iggy's Inn to anyone who wants to have a vacay in Baguio. If you're looking for a quiet location but a walking distance away from downtown then Iggy's Inn is the best choice for you. Taking a walk or jogging in the morning will really give you that authentic Baguio feel. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and the foods in their restaurant are a must try. I will surely stay at Iggy's Inn on my next trip to Baguio City.

A Cozy "Home" Away From Home”
If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with decent customer service, good food and clean sheets, then Iggy's Inn is the best you can find. The place has a rustic charm and you can certainly smell the clean, cool air of Baguio right outside your window. It's a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the city proper and that's just how my girl and I liked it. Highlights of their hotel: excellent customer service and surprisingly (very) good food. Shoutout to Sir Vince of Iggy's Inn for constantly trying to entertain all the guests whenever he could.

Exceptional”
I always stay in Iggy's Inn even for a night whenever we are in Baguio. The location is super nice, right in South Drive. Very near Camp John Hay and Baguio Country Club. Especially during December the Christmas Village is just walking distance. In the morning you can smell the pine trees and see the mist from your window which you may not be able to see if you are staying in the city proper. The staff are firenly and nice and always helpful. Yes the place is a bit old but then they are one of the established B&B in Baguio. Looking forward to staying there again.

Iggy's - Value for money”
I was a bit skeptical at first in booking at Iggy's since I normally book for hotels whenever I stay in baguio. But my experience changed my perception on this hotel. I was with my family (4 adults and 1 baby) when i stayed here. Baguio Hotels normally allow their guests to check in at 1pm-3pm. Since we were early, arrived there at 6:30AM so we were thinking of dropping our luggages at the lobby and maybe look for some place to have our breakfast. Surprisingly, Don (name of the staff who were in the reception) allowed us to do an early check-in without any extra cost. And since we were 4 adults, (i only book for 3 adults), he upgraded our room to accommodate us all. Again, without any extra cost. He offered us their menu for the breakfast, ordered for 4 person and told him that I'll just pay on our check-out. (We only stayed there for 1 night). And then we did our normal baguio thingy. (Picture Taking, Shopping, etc..) The day after, we ordered our lunch and they served it in the room. The food there is great by the way. I requested for our remaining bill (Lunch, and our breakfast the other day), I was surprised that they did'nt charged us the bfast the other day and told us that we only need to pay the lunch. Great Indeed! Iggy's is indeed a great place and will put a great value to your money. They may not have the best rooms in baguio, but the service they provide is so far the best in my stays in Baguio. Keep it up Iggy's.

my wife &my time at iggy's inn march 2015”
Our stay at Iggy's inn was , over all a good stay, The staff made you feel at home. very friendly and very respectful People. my Wife and I was their a few nights this year march 2015. a Family oriented establishment. the staff - manager and owner were one of a kind ( as long as you show respect, they will give it back ) to be Honest , any place you stay in The Beautiful Philippines is unlike any stay in any western country , in the west we are use to being spoiled, in Phil, the hotels are a bit different then what we are used to here in the USA. but Iggy's inn is One the best what Baguio city have to offer I would definitely recommend Iggy's Inn. don't be afraid to show respect and communicate with the staff , they will deff. give it back in return. I tried to search again for my trip next month Sept. 22 2015 and it is listed as $ 271 a night , not sure why... maybe an error on some ones part. but our last experience was very excellent experience .

Enjoyed our stay”
We stayed here at Iggy's from July 3-6, 2014 to celebrate my birthday, which is a good decision after a tiring week of browsing multiple hotels looking for the best place to stay (P.S. sorry for the late review 😀). Our great experience started when we were allowed to check in early (10am) without additional fee (which we wouldn't mind, but thank you! 😊) The ambiance makes you feel homey though you're literally far away from home. The food is great (especially the pinakbet 🍲), and the staffs are attentive in offering assistance even though you're not asking at all, (which is a big plus, being a customer service-oriented employee as myself who knows it isn't easy). Can't think of anything bad/negative to say since our stay was really worthwhile and Iggy's Inn has a BIG contribution to that experience. Did I mention it's my first time in Baguio that time? Nope? Well yeah, that's my first time and am sure to comeback to the places we haven' t explored yet and also, back to Iggys. 👍👍 🐰

can't complain. i'm super satisfied !”
i was so satisfied staying at this place. cant complain bout it.all of them especially those managers like don-don and joel. they entertain their guests as one of their families. seems like they don't know how to answer no for their guests..but all yes and spoil their guests by giving all their requested asked like us we are 7adults and 4kids. so all in all,we are 11 persons.and we are all free for breakfast.and we stayed 4days and 3nights. where can u find that kind of kindness?no where. but just at iggy's inn.all of their staff has always a smile on their faces and greet u every single time they see u.i could write a book of how good they are but i want all of you out there to try it so u know what i'm talking about.i also want to personally thank one of their staff and one of the manager's for keeping my company. i will definitely keep comm'in back to this place. and will sure recommend to every people that wants to visit baguio city. iggy's inn...your the best

Fantastic Inn with a home atmosphere”
Iggy's Inn is a great value for money, close to nature, home atmosphere place to stay in Baguio.Although far from the bustling City Center of Baguio, Taxis and Jeepneys are not hard to find. Room#5,a family room, where we stayed is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you will find in your own home such as Cable TV, Hot Shower, A Triple Bed and a Single Bed. The Filipino Cuisine served at the Inn is reasonably priced. If you like Korean Buffet, theres a restaurant just across the street serving Korean Buffet Lunch/Dinner for PHP400 each person. Most of all, the Iggys Inn staff such as Mark went out of their way to accomodated our needs.Even the Chef spent some time with us discussing the local cuisine. Highly recommended if you want some to commune with nature, if not then go to the City Center Hotel, also a great Hotel, located in Session Road, bustling with people and vehicular traffic.

Baguio Vacay 2015”
Have booked this hotel as early as Feb1st for our March vacation. Honestly speaking, we were off to a rough start due to some issues with our room. However, the response of the staff and their manager was so amazing and fast, that we felt to be at home and at ease even before we settled down. All our concerns were noted down and acted upon. Food was great, ambience was rustic, and the manager was so accomodating. Special mention to Mark, Tenet, Kuya Teroy, Aljur, and Don. Rest assured that we will always consider Iggy's Inn as our home in Baguio whenever we come home to the Philippines. See you again soon! Ps. The Fantastic rating truly lives up to iggy's inn. It might not have a 5-star rating in terms of facilities, but the service is really topnotch! Enough said. Now, go book this! 😊

"WORTH STAYING HOTEL"”
We truly enjoy our stay on this place. We arrived hours early than the expected check in time but were so thankful to them because they didn't charged us extra payment for early check in. Our room was so neat and clean with comfortable bed that made us feel relaxed after the enjoyable trip to the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The bathroom was also clean, the shower has a heater that made us feel warm every time were taking a bath because of the cold weather. "What you see is what you will get" . The pictures about the place and ambiance posted on their site are all true. The staffs are very accommodating and considerate. We are also amazed on their art gallery. It's hard to say goodbye for now to Baguio City but will definitely come back on my next vacation. Iggy's Inn is worth recommending. :-)

Amazing Little Hotel”
For a book lover and admirer of decorative arts, I find this little hotel as superb in its own right. It is unpretentiously charming, with the snoggy feel and ambience of a cabin, except that it is not a cabin. The hotel houses family heirloom consisting of old encyclopedias, almanacs, paintings, murals and photographs of the family who owns it. You feel like a guest in an old, historic mansion. The room is small but it has all the amenities for comfortable stay. I just wish I was given a room overlooking the vast pine tree tops, and not the one facing the road. If they could just make their complimentary breakfast more generous and their coffee mugs taller, it would be a perfect stay for all. Regardless, I am enthralled by the quaint beauty of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff (especially the cute recepcionist--Dom). I look forward to have another stay at Iggy's Inn on my next trip to Baguio.

Great value, great staff”
We stayed here during our second stay in Baguio, and were very impressed with Iggy's inn for the price we paid. We previously stayed at a more expensive hotel, and Iggy's inn was better in nearly every category (except location). Staff were friendly. It is a bit away from some of the central locations in Baguio, but with all the taxis in town, it wasn't an issue.

Makes me want to stay for a few more weeks! :-)”
One of the best places to stay at.. very affordable, clean, and courteous staff. The place is a bit far from Baguio's town proper- quiet and gives you a nature-view-away-from-the-city look but it's very accessible. My family wanted to stay longer buy we had to leave because of work. That explains how much we enjoyed our stay at Iggy's Inn. It's like a home with happy people in it. You can get in touch with their Manager- Don. He is very nice and friendly! You may get in touch with him thru his e-mail info@iggysinnbaguio.com (he checks his e-mail 24/7.. Ü). Just tell him that you got his contact details from me (Jo Ann Ticzon). To Iggy's Inn, the whole staff, and most especially to Don: thank you for making our trip worth-remembering! We will definitely go back!! :-)
