Pleasant Hotel - Condescending and Insulting Rules”
Stay at the hotel was just OK...not all lifts working, some places blackout? At check-out the receptionist asked me if we had used the Mini-Bar and I said no....She then basically called me a liar as she said she would check that out.I protested at her line of questions and then she pointed out a piece of paper that stated. "When you leave the room our staff will enter the room to inspect it and verify consumption of Minibar. This inspection takes approximately 10 minutes..signed Cinitia Villagra,Front Desk and Rooms manager. What an insulting way to treat your guests in a so called 4 star Hotel....they obviously think their guests are all liars and thieves. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE...DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE TO THEIR GUESTS WHO PAY A HIGH PREMIUM TO STAY THERE.
Breakfirst great, Restaurant Not really
booked a suite. no water in the room so had to pay for expensive water from the bar to wash my teeths. no ATM so they suggest the in house ATM so you have to change money at an very expensive rate you loose about 10%
A bit pricy but all in all a really well run hotel with good customer service.

Many people would opt for a hotel closer to the falls, but this hotel is very close to town, if you like to explore a good places to eat and enjoy the good wine, do some shopping, I would recommend it. Argentine side of the falls is very safe, and the people are friendly, I felt very comfortable walking around the town, even at night.
