Good for a night or two
We stayed here for just 2 nights whilst in the city. The hotel itself is nice, clean, basic. Though our room with a window... had been bricked up. So it was so dark in the room with no natural light! But nice big room and bed.

Very comfortable bed, clean room
I got a private room good for 2 with own bathroom. I'm a solo traveler so I got a big bed for myself. Although the room is small with limited space to walk through, it is still a value for money. The staff are very kind and approachable. The bed is very comfortable, I have a very good sleep in this hotel. Keep it up!

Friendly staff
People at the reception were friendly and very helpful. We were able to walk everywhere for dinner and some sight seeing. Wifi was okay and they have flatscreen tv. The toilet was a bit small though.

Good location
Very happy with my stay. Cleanliness could further be improved though it's at a decent state. The exhaust fan certainly needs to be changed as it is extremely noisy and I'm sure it's audible from outside. For those who requires lift, this property has none. Generally, a nice place to put up.

Deluxe Double with Balcony
Stayed 8 nights in April 2017
Basic Hotel with Very Good Location
I stayed in a balcony room for 8 nights and found nearly everything to be just fine. The location is very close to the fountain with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. It's also an easy walk to the riverside area. Everything in the room worked and the staff was great. The balcony is quite small/narrow so is really only useful if you are a smoker. The bathroom is also really small but I didn't mind that. The room itself was clean, it was a reasonable size and the bed was fine. The only problem I had was that the WiFi is below standard for Vientiane. They need to have repeaters on every floor. The connection was there my whole stay, but the signal was very weak. I'd avoid the small, budget rooms (windows face the hallway or a wall) - unless you don't mind that sort of thing. Lack of exterior facing windows is a common issue with many single 'shop house' style hotels since they are usually sandwiched between other buildings and are only open in the front. I'd stay again but would probably opt for something a little further out for better facilities at similar prices.

terrible, big mistake
Apart from the location, nice staff and good front desk area of the hotel this place is the last place you want to stay in. Do not trust the pictures. I have checked 10-20 different accommodation options, seen all the rooms and this place is by far the worst I have seen in Vientiane. The rooms with window are acceptable but expensive. Rooms without window are... a complete disgrace. Smell of damp, no window, super small room, super small bathroom with damp. This hotel and room was shocking. I have never stayed in the worst room in my life... stay away I have found a cheaper place with breakfast and a really good facilities.

Skip the small budget double room unless single traveller
For a tiny bit more, get a larger room. Small budget double is incredibly small for 2 people. Mattress was falling apart, could feel the metal springs, and creaked like I never knew a mattress could (like a massive rock tumbler). Mattress in corner with 2ft gap on two sides. Bathroom super tiny as well and bathroom door scraped bed frame to close. Make sure to adjust AC vent angle downwards otherwise vent fan sucks AC into hallway. Staff was very friendly and overall was clean.
