Worth the price”
I am here to quarantine for 14 days before I head to Kyoto. The place is extremely clean and feels very homey. To add, there are a handful of restaurants and conbini nearby. So that is very helpful. For the price I am paying, I am more than satisfied. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Good for the price”
This place is clean although it is very small and literally have no space other than the beds. It's good for the price. The location is good. It's fairly close to a train station and many restaurants and stores. However this place offered no drinking cups, utensils or microwave. The room has soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair drier, electric kettle, towels, and toothbrushes.

Good location, be wary of “hotel” in the name ”
This place was more like an apartment style hotel (no kitchen). Be wary of “hotel” in the name because this gave me the impression that it was indeed a hotel, however there is no front desk reception (they are contactable on an iPad) and the cleaning services are external and your room is only cleaned before and after your stay. This means rubbish piles up in the room. They provide towels, but these don’t get changed and start to smell after use. The sink also didn’t work, the water would pile up and slowly go down the drain. Left a lot of gross residue on the sink. When I contacted the reception about this on my first night, they basically told me to try and fix it myself. They initially told me the cleaners would come in between my stay, but then they didn’t (I have their messages as evidence). When I asked them again why the cleaner didn’t come, it was only then that they mentioned there was a fee if you wanted the room to be cleaned during your stay. Our stay was during winter but the hot water didn’t work for all of us. There was 5 of us and it only worked for 2 out of the 5 people. Overall, this place is a good location, very close to Komagome station and places to eat for take away but it is not a hotel as such. The heater worked well, it was a lifesaver. This place is Good if you’re not fussy about rubbish piling up in your room and the sink residue.

VERY AFFORDABLE AND GOOD PLACE TO STAY”
The location of this hotel is very good. It is near to many restaurants and to the Ikidane station. There is also a near Lawson store. The place is clean. I will come back for sure.

Super comfy and cosy room with all the facilities we could possibly need. Best place to stay to start our trip round Japan. The only downside was the late check in and additional charge if we wanted to check in early. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay

今回連泊をさせていただきました。ゴミの回収もなく予備のゴミ袋もないし、タオルの予備も無い状態で過ごして清掃費を5千円も支払いました。せめて､連泊3日以上するお客には替えのタオル、ゴミ袋等をドアノブにでもかけてくれるとよかったです。

東京研修の際に利用しました。入室のタブレット入力の途中で、他の家族に先に譲りましたが私の宿泊予定の部屋にその家族を入れてしまい·····。ネット上のやり取りで、返信も遅く結局入口で1時間以上待たされました。記載の電話番号に電話しても、外国の方が出て全然話が通じず。本当に悲しかったです。普段こんなことは書かないんですが、やり切れない気持ちが強く·····。二度と利用しません

部屋は綺麗でした。 清潔感ある部屋におしゃれでとても良かったです。 しかし洗面台やベットに髪の毛が…浴槽に至っては髪の毛がフタの鎖に絡まっていましたし、栓のところにも髪の毛が… それを見てしまうと全て掃除が行き届いているのか不安になりました。 怖くて気持ち悪くてお湯を貯めるのは諦めました。 他のサイト等でクチコミを見ると同じようなコメントがありました。 改善しますと書いてますが、できていないと思いました。 部屋の内装はおしゃれだったがために残念でした。

2泊だったのに、タオルが一泊分しかありませんでした。(アメニティも) 清掃に入るわけでもなく、ドアにかけておいてくれるわけでもないしタオルが欲しいとフロントに言いに行きたくても無人なので、どうしたらいいか分からないし、部屋の説明マニュアルにもどこにも電話番号が書いていなかったので渋々、レイトチェックイン対応と記載されていた電話番号に電話し清掃のこととタオルのことを聞くと、清掃はチェックアウト後、タイルは近くのコインランドリーで回してと言われました。最初から二泊と分かっていたなら元々部屋に二泊分(２枚)のタオルを用意しておくべきではないでしょうか

我覺得一連住六天，清理垃圾應該還是要天天做但是可能是因為民宿的關係所以沒有做到這樣子的服務又不准我們把垃圾放在外面其實我覺得這樣容易發臭，所以我覺得可以改進的地方就是至少每天要有人來收垃圾謝謝。其他設備跟坊間我覺得都很棒符合我們的需求謝謝.

環境算不錯，但如果人多而且要住超過三晚以上要認真考慮一下，因為垃圾都沒人清也沒地方倒，這次住了五晚垃圾爆炸，不然就得考慮不要把東西帶回飯店吃，有詢問如果付費打掃需要多少，回覆打掃一次要 87000日幣，比住宿費還貴
