The location is good,about 15 minutes to KLIA. They have 24 Hours shuttle to airport and of course you have to pay for it but the charge is reasonable. The staff is very helpful.The lamp in my room had some problem and they changed another room to me. The only disadvantage is they do not provide toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo. It will fit those who need a short stay nearby KLIA. Overall experience is good. I would definately visit here again in the future.

Everything’s fine. Suitable for short travel. Just no hair dyer and the shampoo just provided hair shampoo without body shampoo. Hope can improve.

my room was given to another costumer.”
The first time i stayed here was good. The second was a mess. I booked already even far from the date. Agoda charge me at 17 july for 20july check in. I book 2 family deluxe room, when i arrived around 10pm, the recepsionist said they cant find my booking. I showed them the booking from agoda. They insist they can't find it. and offer me another room. at that time, we were exhausted from our flights, I need two rooms to accomodate 4 people, the recepsionist gave me 2 rooms for 4 people only. this is the worst service I ever get from my years of travelling in asia. I insist four people room, and finally the recepsionist gave me 4 rooms to accomodate 8 people which is enough. I had to pay more because of the price differences. at that time I paid around 80rm something, I make it 90rm for 4 room differences. Later in the next morning, I found that the recepsionist were taking out my earlier booking from agoda, I dont want to argue anymore. I felt betrayed already. They(receptionist) sell my booked already room to another costumer and lied to me. This is the worst. and I don't even get any compensation for that. at that time, I dont have malaysia number, so I can't call agoda costumer service. You can imagine, after night flights from Bangkok, arrive at this hotel around 10pm, tired, and found that your paid already booking is not there. worse, I had to stayed in rooms that is not in my bookings. I'm really disappointed about this. better not choose this hotel next time. another may charge you more expensive but they have more integrity for their costumer.

Everything is fine, only one thing is the voices from corridor can be heard clearly. It is still recommended if you don't mind about that.

It's a new hotel around 20 mins from KLIA with good facilities and beside Mall and Kopitiam.

Better than expectation ”
This is an adhoc booking because we missed our flight at KLIA2. Just picked a cheap hotel near the airport. The good thing of this hotel is it’s newly renovated, beddings aircon are all new, wall floor also clean, next door is KFC and a bunch of shops nearby. So good to stay and survive. Saw you tiao sold morning going to check now.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is facility which there is no toilet paper provided and some of facilities in bedroom were torn.
