Superficiali - careless”

L'ostello è a due passi dal centro città, ed a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale,posizione molto comoda. La pulizia generale delle zone in comune è buona e credo sia un buon rapporto qualità prezzo in linea di massima. Personale gentile. L'unica cosa però per la quale non mi sento di raccomandare questo ostello ma anzi, criticarlo fortemente è la gestione del problema da me riscontrato e non gestito in maniera corretta. La prima notte ho riscontrato la presenza di parassiti ( cimici da letto ) che mi hanno punto diverse volte, provocando un discreto prurito ma anche una serie di evidenti segni su diverse parti del corpo. La mattina seguente ho fatto presente alla direzione (con tanto di foto dei parassiti)il problema avuto e mi è stato detto di non preoccuparmi, che avrebbero risolto il problema entro tarda mattinata. Poco dopo pranzo rientro all'ostello e mi dicono che è tutto risolto , mi hanno spostato in un altro letto libero nella stessa stanza. Dopo aver riposato per circa 3 ore o poco più mi sveglio con ancora più punture di quante ne avessi avute alla mattina appena sveglio. Segno evidente di un'infestazione a mio avviso in quella stanza, non un caso isolato. Alle 18:40 mi reco alla reception per ribadire nuovamente la gravità della situazione in quella stanza, e che stavano sottovalutando la situazione ma non era aperta ( quando l'orario di chiusura della reception è dato per le 19, non per le 18 oppure 18:30). Ho lasciato immediatamente l'ostello, ma avendo il timore che i parassiti siano andati a finire anche nel mio zaino o indumenti non ho avuto scelta se non tornare a casa, non potevo rischiare di infestare un'altro ostello. Delle 3 notti pagate ne ho usufruito solo di una, da parte della direzione ho sentito molte scuse ma nulla di concreto, solo parole. The only good thing about this hostel is location. That's it. Its dirty as hell everywhere. In the middle of my shower alarm went on and the receptionist knock my door while I was showering to turn off the alarm. Next afternoon all bathrooms were still incredible disqusting. Means nobody is actually cleaning it for a while. On top of all that it's not cheap hostel at all! Too expensive. Not Reccomending

Not the best choice”

The hostel was smelly, the bathromm was dirty, the rceception manager counted 4,5 Euro for 3 nights for tax, instead of that it was payed before online. He charged 10 Euros because I arrived 7:30 PM instead of 7:00 PM. He said thay are open until 7:00 PM. There were 3 bathrooms without windows, therefore all small came to the common room.

Excellent Location, Efficient Staff and Clean rooms”

Centrally located to all the main historical landmarks of Bologna just 3 minutes walk you’ll be in the Piazza Maggiore and the shopping center too. it’s also 2 minutes walk parallel to HM and Zara just look for via Monte Grappa sign and it will lead you to Via Porta Il Castello. The rooms and Toilets are super clean, the Staff are efficient and attentive.

HIDDEN COSTS”

Although the Agoda link to this B&B did not state in its policies, the hotel told me they would charge 10 Euros extra for checking in after 7 pm. They also had a notice of a 5 Euro charge for leaving luggage until 5 pm. I checked in before 8 pm and, luckily, they did not charge extra perhaps because I had emailed them complaining of the charge.. I was in room 2 which was separated from room 1 by a canvas wall and closet. You could hear EVERYTHING between rooms. It sounded like my neighbor was making phone calls in my room. The location and decor are very good.

This is a God budget hostel Ina perfect location...the walls are thin, so it might be noisy for some until quiet hours...but for the price it is a good value just a few steps from the main sights...

Es un pésimo lugar para viajar, mala relación precio calidad, no lo vale en lo absoluto. Muy caro, muy pequeño, mal personal (poco amable) , sabanas y cobijas viejas (con agujeros), no cuentan con cocina y no dan facilidades para nada (todo quieren cobrarte adicional) Es un departamento mal adaptado como “hostal”. No regresaría y no lo recomendaría.

Brak ciszy by odpocząć oraz podstawowych udogodnień.”

Nie polecam dla osób które oczekują w podróży chociaż ręcznika, szamponu czajnika, czy też suszarki, gdyż tego nie ma. Nadto ściany między pokojami i tv po środku nich powoduje, że w nocy jest głośno i nie można spać, bo ciągle coś hałasuje.
