Lovely hotel”
Nice clean spacious room with good facilities. About a 15 min walk from the two towers and close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

It’s “ok””
I come here when I have stuff to do in Bologna because it’s cheap. all rooms smell of mould and on a Friday night there was noise (music£ from the street. I called reception and they said they couldn’t help because they were “new” (whatever that means). So, is it a romantic/relaxing break? 100% not. But if you want a cheap and cheerful hotel this is it, but book in advance. I am coming with two more people and they wanted €199 to add a small bed. I booked Una at the station for €85 for a triple room so it’s not even always the cheapest. Will only come back if it’s the cheapest, otherwise it’s a no

Very nice, clean hotel near the center. The staff is extremely helpful, we even got Processo upon arrival as welcome drink. The breakfast is also high quaity. I'd reccomend it to anyone staing in Bologna.

last minute offer was very appealing at 77 euro per night. nice room, modern bathroom, nice breakfast by Italian standards (no bacon or sausages, but caviar and salmon were available together with scrambled/boiled eggs)! spa facilities are not open, not sure they will ever be open. great location and comfortable stay.

Would not recommend ”
Though this place is 20min walking from the city center it said there was breakfast, wifi, bike rentals. There are NOT bike rentals, the "hot breakfast items" were only hot when first brought out. There wasn't a warmer for the eggs, bacon, hot dogs. Our sink and shower drains were so clogged we had standing water until someone could get in to fix them. The room floor was dirty and the bed sheets were not changed. The staff charged us for the Italy tax when we arrived yet upon leaving we were asked for the tax by two different hotel staff. I did make some complaints and ask for these things to be corrected because it was making the stay very uncomfortable. The sink and shower drain was cleaned. The room towels I was given had someone else's makeup on them and they were very wrinkly. The room floor wasn't cleaned or the sheets changed. Bologna Children's Book Fair was happening and many places were sold out, so we had to stay where we were but it wasn't a pleasant stay.

Nuestra habitación tenía dos alturas, con una mesa en la parte superior y era como medio ábside de una capilla. Una habitación muy fresca por lo que se estaba muy bien incluso sin poner el aire acondicionado. A pocos minutos del centro y al lado de un gran parque.

Pas vraiment du quatre étoiles”
Cet établissement ne convient ni aux parents qui voyagent avec des poussettes ni aux personnes à mobilité réduite. L'ascenseur est petit, très lent et il faut constamment appuyer sur le bouton afin qu'il continue son ascension/descente. La mezzanine où on sert le petit-déjeuner n'est pas accessible autrement que par l'escalier. Les chambres sont petites, si on ajoute un lit parapluie on passe à peine. Le personnel ne répond pas aux e-mail, pensez plutôt à appeler. Parmi les points positifs : la salle de bain des chambres est grande, jolie et très fonctionnelle et les petits déjeuners sont copieux et internationaux.

CHECKIN Die haben 50€ verlangt “um das Zimmer zu sichern”. Als ich gesagt habe, dass es schon bezahlt wurde, hat der Herr Rei geschriehen, dass ich die 50€ zurück bekommen wurde am nächsten Tag. Er hat mich gedutzt und war unwursch. Welan funkzioniert nicht. Die Zimmer sind laut.

Enttäuschend”
Dem Fotographen und Webdesigner gebührt ein großes Lob für die vorteilhafte Inszenierung des Hotels im Internet. Auch wenn die Wirklichkeit hinter den dadurch geschürten Erwartungen zurückbleibt, wäre das Hotel zum aktuellen Preis (ca. 50 Euro für 1 Person) in Ordnung: sauber, Frühstück ok, am Morgen freundliches Personal. Getrübt wird dieser Eindruck - und deshalb empfehle ich das Hotel nicht - erstens durch den jungen Mann am Empfang, der eine Fortbildung in Sachen Umgang mit Kunden dringend nötig hat. Außerdem sollte er die Maske nicht erst aufgesetzen, wenn jemand die Rezeption betritt (Achtung Aerolsole!). Zweitens, und das ist der entscheidende Punkt, wird man von der Hotelleitung nicht als HotelGAST betrachtet, sondern als potentieller Dieb, der vermutlich die Minibar ausräumen und nicht bezahlen wird. Deshalb muss beim Einchecken eine Kaution von 50 Euro hinterlegt werden. Dieses Misstrauen ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go.

Brutta sorpresa”
Abbiamo prenotato una camera con idromassaggio in camera per rilassarmi col mio compagno, purtroppo la vasca era ad un solo posto, quindi inutilizzabile in coppia. Appena entrati, odore di polvere e sudore, receptionist che chiede 50€ di caparra per eventuali danni e serve contemporaneamente tre coppie diverse, con malumore di tutti gli ospiti presenti. Da foto sul sito poi tutte le camere sono senza moquette, tranne a quanto pare quella con l'idromassaggio, dove non si vedeva il pavimento...brutta sorpresa. Chiesto subito al personale se avessero una camera senza moquette a causa dell'allergia alla polvere che mi crea asma, la risposta è stata negativa. La prenotazione inoltre non si poteva cancellare. Siamo rimasti lì muniti di antistaminici e mal umore, la mattina ci siamo attardati nel check in e sono venuti a cacciarci dalla camera. Unica nota positiva la posizione dell'hotel, a 15 minuti a piedi scarsi dal centro.
