Very nice, clean and modern room. Only 4 rooms in this cozy and conveniently located B&B. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Being that it is an apartment with 4 rooms, sometimes you hear people exiting or going into their rooms, but that is true of many places of lodging. The air conditioner works very well but it is acentral air conditioner with the controls in the outside of the unit and any other guest can change the settings which could affect your room; with that being said, if the A/C is on and you want to curtail the air going into your room, you can easily close the vent door via a switch on the wall. This place also has a nice outdoor garden in the back. We were very pleased with our stay.

Near the port and train station. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. The place is beautiful especially the backyard garden. Lorenzo was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend it

We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. Very clean comfortable rooms with a nice garden. Location is also very good. The owner was kind enough to give us a lift to the port when our taxi failed to shoe up. Recommended if you are staying in Civitavecchia,
