Zimmer war freundlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut mit viel Liebe zurecht gemacht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit .

L'appartamento è confortevole e spazioso, dotato di tutto in necessario e anche di più. Eravamo in clamoroso ritardo e Alisa è stata comunque molto paziente e gentilissima nell'accoglierci.
Nell'appartamento ci sono un po' di gatti, forse sarebbe corretto segnalarlo, io, ad esempio, sono fortemente allergica. In ogni caso la pulizia è impeccabile.

Ambiente confortevole e famigliare si presenta come da foto fornite. Ho viaggiato con mia madre e ci siamo trovate bene entrambe. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo e bagno spazioso. Possiamo dire che la padrona di casa è stata gentile ed accogliente, ci ha inoltre fornito indicazioni utili per visitare al meglio tivoli oltre a indicazioni sui ristoranti del luogo dove poterci recare. Ci ha prestato inoltre la guida completa per poter avere un idea delle visite da fare nei giorni seguenti. Abbiamo apprezzato la marmellata fatta in casa, veramente buona per colazione.
Probabilmente perché eravamo in agosto il posto auto in strada (non a pagamento) siamo sempre riuscite a trovarlo ma immagino che negli altri mesi non sia così semplice. A Piedi dal centro ci sono piu' o meno 10/15 minuti ma la sera consiglio sicuramente di andare comunque in auto dato che la strada è in salita e non penso possa essere percorsa da tutti. La colazione buona ma un po' limitata, le briosce industriali riscaldate al microonde erano senza sapore,

Alisa ci ha accolto con sorriso e una bella bottiglia di acqua fresca nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario accordato. Camera molto spaziosa e molto confortevole e tutta colorata! Così come il bagno tutto molto pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ci ha anche offerto la possibilità di mettere in fresco alcuni nostri prodotti nel suo frigorifero! La struttura si trova abbastanza vicina al centro storico di Tivoli e le indicazioni precise di Alisa ci hanno dato modo di godere a pieno delle bellezze da visitare di questa stupenda città. Cena in un ristorante consigliato da lei davvero SUPER! Nelle vicinanze della struttura è possibile trovare parcheggio libero e la zona è molto tranquilla.
Bisognerebbe specificare nella descrizione che il B&B si trova in un appartamento privato in cui la proprietaria vive. Ad ogni modo Alisa è stata molto discreta ma viaggiando con un bimbo ero più preoccupata che fossimo noi a disturbare lei! Altro aspetto che dovrebbe essere aggiunto nella descrizione della struttura è la presenza di diversi gatti anche all'interno dell'abitazione. Nel mio caso è stato solo un piacere nonostante un componente della famiglia fosse allergico non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, ma va comunque indicato esplicitamente nella descrizione.

arredo semplice ma di impatto..la pulizia più che eccellente tenendo conto che Annalisa ha con se 6 bellissimi gattoni. nessun odore anzi tutto profumava. la camera molto accogliente e fresca, non necessità di condizionatore poiché la ventola a soffitto adempie a dovere. Annalisa perfetta e simpatica. colazione abbondante, marmellate homemade grazie consigliato
un piccolo suggerimento che non vuole essere una critica anzi, un mini bar in camera sarebbe un ulteriore punto in positivo. se necessitate di un frigo, si deve necessariamente scomodare Annalisa utilizzando il suo personale.

La Signora Alisa mette a disposizione degli ospiti una camera con bagno privato dell'appartamento in cui anche lei vive. La camera è spaziosa e molto confortevole così come il bagno con doccia. La struttura si trova a circa 10minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Tivoli. Nelle vicinanze della struttura è possibile trovare parcheggio libero.
L'aspetto sicuramente da migliorare, e di molto, è la colazione, veramente molto scadente. Non è ammissibile presentare biscotti sfusi. Tutto dovrebbe essere offerto in confezioni monodose. Altro aspetto che dovrebbe essere aggiunto nella descrizione della struttura è la presenza di diversi gatti. Nel mio caso è stato solo un piacere, ma va indicato.
