Big rooms, great location”
Pros: Good location - very close to Ilchul-bong (Sunrise Peak), bus stops, and "downtown" Seongsan. Big clean rooms, with enclosed balcony with stove (but no pots or utensils of any kind - only a kettle). Room has heated flooring. Felt like staying in my own apartment! Cons: Owners don't speak much English, so special requests may be hard to communicate. Also, the floor heating was hard to control as it seems to be linked to the bathroom hot water. Okay in winter, but not sure how it'll work out in the summer. Control panel was all in Korean.

OK - no service + bring your own towel”
My friend and I stayed here for a night because went to see the sunrise the next morning. There was a lady waiting for us when we arrived. She spoke no english (which we expected so it didn't bother us). She didn't bother to check our identity and just pointed us in the direction of our room telling us the key is left inside. It didn't feel very safe - especially because we arrived at night, the place was located on a quiet small alley, anyone had access to the stairs up to the rooms and the room door was left unlocked with the room key inside. When we came back from our morning hike the next day when everything was bright and visible we decided it wasn't too too bad, it was just a bad first impression. The location is great because it is near Seongsan Ilchulbong and probably is less than a five minute drive. The place was clean and had everything we needed except probably a floor mat outside the bathroom. Do note that the towels they provide is a face towel so you might want to bring your own. There's a parking lot across the alley. (My friend was worried about break-ins but everything was safe. Maybe we were just a tad paranoid.) We left the key in the room and checked out the next morning without saying goodbye to the lady. She was nowhere to be found.

Location is good,very near to Seongsan Ilchulbong entrance just drive car in 5 minutes.And no need worry hungry just walk out can see GS25. Room is very big & clean,when i reach the hotel is night very cool,the staff hear then help me on the floor heater.

Strategic location, clean”
Very pleasant stay. Two rooms, one with double bed with frame while another room with mattress on floor. Kitchen utensils provided. Room is clean and comfortable. Recommend for those who would like to go Seongsan Ilchulbong, it's only 5 minutes walk away.

Good location，value for money ”
This hotel is quuite easy to located by GPS. Few cars can park under cover in front of the hotel. Check in was fast and room was big and clean with air conditioning. Hot water was very hot, I can say is too hot that nearly scald my hands. Body wash, shampoo, soap and toothpaste were provided. Wifi was strong. It is very near to Sunrise Peak. Many small restaurants close by. A convenience store was only less than 5 minutes walk. There was a small kitchenette with gas stove but no cooking utensils so you cannot cook there. Will come back if I go to a Jeju again.

Very clean place, with friendly staff, Great location away from the busy road but nearby just a short walking distance from Seongsan Iichulbong and many nearby restaurants and convenient stores. High recommended to stay if you are driving.

We stayed at standard double room for a night, room is just as shown in picture, clean, very spacious, and warm, bathroom is clean. Very near to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, just few minutes drive away. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. No elevator, a little difficult if you stay at high floor with big luggage. Car park is available in front of the pension. Breakfast is not provided.

Great location near Seongsan Ilchulbong. Clean and big rooms. There are convenient shops and restaurants nearby. No lift in the hotel. Facilities is normal, and there's no spoons provided.

Great stay with ideal location”
The room is well facilitated, location very near to seungsan ilchulbong entrance and bus stop, the staff was polite but not really fluent in english. Was a perfect stay for those wishing to stay overnight in seungsan to catch the sunrise on the next day since sunrise is quite early, around 4.30am, I came in mid of May. The restaurant beside CU mart is highly recommended for the black pork, even by the locals.
