Perfectly big rooms and excellent restaurant Really kind personel

Everything was nice, good quality restaurant, good location

Reception staff did not speak English

The location, cleanliness, swimming pool, the restaurant, the wine, the breakfast, almost everything.

We had to pay an extra for AC; as a principle it is better to be included in the room price. Lack of necessary toiletries ( there was no soap and no shampoo).

Very friendly family hotel with good restaurant linked with it. Rooms were very clean and cleaning was even done on easter day.

Clean, the restauurnt, quiet, the situstion, we slept very well The restaurant is specialized on hunting dishes and the prepation is good. We had both dinners there The hotel is situated in a quiet enviroment but rooms situated on the backyard are probbaly more noisy as there is to hear the traffic of the bridge and the main street along the river. Furthermore I guess that in sommertime there will be smell and some noise from the restaurant. On arrival i was disapointed because i booked a room with balkony but balcony is just something like a french balcony, nothing to sit on together. They offered to change to anoter room on the backyard, but balony was nearly the same Afterwards it was a good choice not to change because the street in front of te building is a quiet street.

the wrong description of the balcony. Parking in private area was confirmed but not available because of rebuilding the entrance. That should be known on booking 2 days ahead At least not a real problem as there is ticket parking around for reasenable prices around cheaper than private parking Water pessure is low but ok. wifi worked on te fiirst day but had problems afterwards AC is avaiale but no control in the room. my points would be higher if there were not be the missleading description of "balcony", private parking and unresolved wifi questions As answer to the respond of the hotel: The room we were offered as an alternative had a rounded "balcony" as well. The rounding was just a little bit longer to the right hand side just enough to fully place 1 chair out but thats all. Nothing to sit on together. Added picture shows the "balcony" of our room and imagin that there is little bit more space to the right hand side so you are able to place the chair on the balcony parallel to the wall. Concerning parking: I do understand the argumentation (who doesn´t know problems with timing of craftsman) But we got 2 answers confirming the private parking lot. The 2nd one was 1 day ahead of arrival. It would have been just nice if you had thought of outstanding questions for parking lot. Concerning points: Points are set by booking following my setting in the different catagories. I have choosen everywhere best and second best degreees. 2nd answer The picture shown adjusted to my comment today (14.10.) is not my picture! It is one of the management pictures I do not know who is responsable for this as on the first days my own picture was visible I try to upload my picture hereby again Concerning balcony description: It never was offered a balcony of 2x2 m in rectangle That is what i do not like and is a cause of my points - the half true description
