Good Location Hotel”
Stay here once for 1 nite to transit to the airport after trekking to Rinjani Mountain. Hotel service was good, helpful front desk staff and cozy standard room. The worst thing in this hotel was the flies in the breakfast area around swimming pool. It was quit annoying when having breakfast at the pool side. Hopefully, hotel management will improve its pest control. Will definitely stay here again when I visit to Lombok.

Very nice rooms and Pool”
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were cleaned daily by the very friendly staff. The pool was kept clean and was a very nice spot to hang out in the sun. It was very close to the airport so it would be a good place to stay before a travel day. There is not much to do around there other than hang by the pool. The restaurant had a nice breakfast however when you went to order things off their menu for other meals they were out of about half of the items. Also, do NOT get your laundry done here. It is extremely expensive and I had 3 pairs of pants and a few other items come back covered in soap residue- therefore not clean at all. When I complained the staff were very apologetic and kind however only offered me 20,000 discount off of a 385,000 laundry bill. It was kind of a slap in the face as compensation for having to have my clothes re laundered elsewhere. In the end I ended up getting 85,000 off my laundry bill but it felt wrong to have to haggle over a mistake they made. That being said the staff were polite, apologetic and kind the entire time.

Near to the airport, just 7mnts away by car. but, quite difficult to find a food at neighborhood area, even the minimarket. You have to walk 500m to 1 km to find it. And not recommended if you are walking alone at evening. Just stay at hotel and order food by phone.

Good location and provide free shuttler to airport. Booked for 1 night stay for convenience purpose due to its distance to airport as my flight was in the morning. One thing they didn't provide in the room is hair dryer. Had to request and they seemed to have only 1 in the hotel as my other friends from other room requested, the reply was that they had passed to other customer (which was us).

Staff are friendly. Room condition requires improvement as pillowcase are stained, bedsheets are sandy n towels are worn-out. No shower gel, just bar soap. No hairdryer, promised by staff to bring to the room within an hour but disnt receive it till we checked out the next day.

The hotel is pretty basic. But you get clean bed with good aircon. The biggest advantage for this property is the location close to the airport. So perfect for early morning flights. Other than that there is nothing much about the property. There were geckos in the room. staff is average and food and drinks options are limited.

Dirty room, pool closed”
This place is close to the airport and should be ideal for a one night stopover. However, we booked this place knowing that there was a pool and a restaurant. The pool was closed, a sign said it was for maintenance but it was green and even the sign was broken. The room had comfortable beds but it was pretty dirty, dead flies and centipedes on the floor by the curtains. The restaurant serves decent enough food but small portions and expensive.

Transportation was an issue from the hotel, they should have know foreign traveler needs and able to anticipate. No universal adapter in room, only shampoo no showel gel. Service was very average

The property has a great location, but the cleanliness and facilities were disappointing. The staff was average and could have been more helpful. Although the value for money was not great, we still recommend this property for its convenient location.

I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location near the airport, affordable fees for airport transportation, good and friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, and clean rooms. The only downside is the low water pressure in some rooms on the ground floor, but this is not an issue for rooms on the first floor.

It’s very good place for shuttle place wait the flight over night then the next day flight to other places. The hotel provides car to picking up at the airport and taking to the airport. During my trip, it got under construction at the lobby

Everything is ok except for the aircond. It wasn't cold and stuffy. Called the receptionist 3 times and after 1 hour, one technician came. After few mins, he went out saying that he had to check out outside but never came back or updated us. We stayed only one day. The rest was ok and breakfast was simple.
