This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Illovo Beach Club in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cleaning services are not available on weekends & public holidays. It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. Please note that full payment will be processed after the booking has been made. Please contact the resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. A breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 13 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
