Great hotel, friendly service”
hotel staff were very helpful, great value for money. breakfast had a great spread and definitely worth it as received a 2for1 voucher the first day on arrival. i would definitely stay here again when coming to madrid as the hotel is great and only a taxi ride to the city.
an excellent hotel good for business travelers, a little but far from center,
Nice hotel, friendly staff, location so-so, noisy guests ”
Stayed here during our last night in Madrid. Hotel located in a business area and has a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Closest metro station at ~1km. Nice amenities with gym and outdoor pool. Room insulation is not great, but staff were reactive in helping us quiet down next door guests who were partying in the room. Overall a positive stay.
Good hotel. Excellent staff. Outside city center”
Best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful and go the extra mile in making your stay enjoyable and comfortable. If you are a tourist wanting to stay in a nice comfortable hotel with good room size and facilities, in a good neighbourhood, at a reasonable price, but ok to travel to the city centre by bus or walk+metro then this hotel is for you. If you are ok to pay more and care less about the comfort and service, but want to stay central, then look for something else. We were a group of 3, and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would definitely prefer to stay here again.
Spacious and modern”
Lovely hotel near the Arturo Soria shopping centre and a few companies. Easily accessible by bus and metro. A bit far from centre of town but with nice and modern facilities and a spacious room is a good place to come back after a long day.
Nice place if you have a car”
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with a baby. The rooms are big enough so a travel baby bed can be put. We were there by car, the parking in the area is free. Around the hotel you can find restaurants and supermarkets.
A good hotel within easy walking distance of a metro station to get to central Madrid within 15 minutes or so. Quieter and, I think, cheaper than a city centre hotel. Good shops and restaurants just at the top of the road if you don't want to go into the centre. The staff there were excellent - very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.”
The hotel was located just at the outside edge of the Madrid circle. I had parking and all the other basic amenities at my disposal. I can say the only con and unfortunately it's a big one are the beds. The beds are not comfortable at all. But putting that aside it was overall a good experience and a very good value for Madrid.
The staff at Ilunion Atrium were very kind and helpful. They were very considerate and thoughtful more so as Agoda messed up our booking and we only found out at arrival. I felt appreciated and supported fully even though I could not speak a word of Spanish. I would recommend this hotel and more importantly their staff every time.
Fantastic hotel all round - definitely recommended for Madrid stays!”
Arrival - quick check in at reception with a helpful English speaking member of staff. Room was clean on arrival and we were able to order some food through room service Breakfast - Breakfast is great value at 9 euros per person - a range of everything from fruit to hot food, we had it every day Pool - the pool area doesn't come into the sun until around 2/3pm but this wasn't a problem at all as it was always warm enough to sit in the shade and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger - the lifeguards were extremely helpful. Location - although this hotel isn't in the centre, you can easily get around. For 1.50 euro you can go in the centre of Madrid by catching the clean, air-conned bus right outside the hotel (no.53) Equally, the hotel is only 2 stops away from the airport (bus no.200) - we got the bus all the time and never used a taxi, it's a great service and it is also just as easy to get on the metro to travel faster around the city. The hotel is round the corner from a designer shopping centre with a host of great restaurants Room - the room was great, only thing is that there aren't any sockets near a mirror so can be hard if you need to use straighteners but there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. Room cleaned and tidied everyday and new towels provided every day on request. Overall a fantastic hotel, great value for money, modern and friendly staff!
Very enjoyable stay”
Our stay vas very enjoyable and above everything else the staff was very helpfull and ready to help. Would like to mention Eduardo who was very, very helpfull, friendly and always ready to help and answer our many questions. I will highly recomend this hotel.
i´ve stayed in hotel frequent times, and always have a good time. the room is big enough, modern style, clean, with a big bed which is quite not normal in madrid for four stars hotels. the hotel location is surrounded by offices yet you would not find hectic here.
Very happy with hotel service”
Had a very comfortable stay in hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and speaks good English. Clean room and toilet big enough. Hotel lobby looks classy. A two minutes walk to the bustop that takes you to city centre in just 15 minutes. 10 minutes walk from hotel to nearest metro train station. Location a bit off city centre but for me its still convenient to move around cause of good transportation services. Overall had a good 2 night stay in Hotel.
Large rooms, excellent breakfast. Very modern.”
Good sizes rooms, well finished. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. It is a little bit out of the city centre but you can get to Sol within 35 minutes if you catch the 53 just down the road from the hotel. Despite being a bit out of town, given the size of the rooms, frequent transport links and value for money, this was the perfect choice for us and we will stay there next time we go to Madrid.
Very good lcation”
The best hotel. :)
Really good "value for money hotel." Nice, big and clean rooms. Not the best location for sightseeing though - however, the bus runs just down the street. Be aware, that the pool closes for the winter in october already. We weren't informed by Agoda, so our daughter god quite disapointed. However, the hotel compensated by free breakfast even though it was not their fault. Really god service. Will def. come back for my next visit.
Fairly cozy, but a little far from the city centre”
Fair place to stay, but a little fair from the city centre. It is fairly close to the airport though. I would have to agree with most of the other reviews that it is more of a business hotel. Only 1 bus in & out of the city, which is a 30-45 min ride. The nearest station is still a fair walk away. The design is pretty nice though.
Modern, large room, efficient business hote”
I stayed in this hotel because I needed to go to Indonesian embassy, which is literally next to the hotel. Other than that, the location is strictly suitable for business not leisure. The room is clean, modern, confortable and large. This is a business hotel, rather soulless. Breakfast is rather expensive and we prefer breakfast in a restaurant next to the hotel. Train station & airport is easily reachable from hotel, end even with taxi it's not that expensive.
