Nightmare of my 4-night stay, very disappointed
was checked in late in the evening because of the flight schedule. they had given me a room with POOR air-conditioning under 40+C weather. I asked for room change n the staff just told me the hotel was full. But when I came back in 2 hours time, another staff told me there was another room to change. Ridiculous n very bad service! However, the air-con for that room was not working properly as well..... the staff was not helpful! I asked for details of transportation to airport very early in the morning. He replied me I could only take the taxi!!! But when I asked the same question again to another staff at night, she explained clearly that I could take airport shuttle bus. First time being so disappointed to a hotel service!! will never try this hotel again NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ALL OF YOU

Old hotel, musty smell, not central

Terrible. The hotel posting did not mention the standard rooms are located in the basement of the hotel, therefore leaving you with no view from the window. The room smelled like old must,and there were spiders in the bathroom as well as a hunk of hair on the bathroom shower wall, indicating it had not been properly cleaned.

Parking is quite expensive. On probing, the staff offered a discount to us, but it was still not cheap (15 Euro per day). During weekends, one can park outside on the street for free if one can find an empty slot. The hotel itself is nice and well located.

The hotel is worth the price.
The service is very good. The location is near to Sagrada Familiar, and the room is very quiet, with beautiful decoration.
