Nice one”
I stayed at Imani Suites for 1 week & loved it. When it comes to "high end", you must consider it's Bali and 35€ per night, come on! Can't be compared with European luxury Hotels, so don't expect sth like Kempinski or Rocco forte. For Indonesia it's quite luxury indeed. Location: perfectly central, you have everything right in front of you. Eh, that's why you should try to get a room to the back = i was lucky, so no issues at all with noises. Roof top bar and pool area: Lovelovelove. Don't miss out the sunset! Just would recommend to work on getting more people up there, also non-guests = totally realistic with a better Marketing concept. Staff: From cleaning guys, over reception to restaurant and roof top staff = couldn't be more friendly & helpful, i loved them all. When it comes to those (who think they'd be) more important: Arrogance never built any career #justsayin I move to Ubud for my last week in Bali, that's the only reason i leave Imani :) Terima Kasih!

Great location and luxury rooms ”
We had an amazing stay in the Imani Suites hotel. We extented our stay because of the great location. You are in the central om Seminyak but the rooms are really quiet and clean and the luxury boutique style is amazing. You have coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel in walking distancen and it is just 5 minutes walk from the Potato head beach club. The new renovated rooftop pool offers an amazing sunset and ocean view.

Calm and Comfortable Bed”
Comfortable bed even though there's a nightclub in front of the hotel. A good sleep as a result. Sadly the TV cables channels has a bad signal reception.

Very nice and helpful staff”
It is positioned in a great location. That is its biggest plus. The room is poorly designed and basic. Having now stayed in 3 star, 4 star and 5 star in Bali there is not so much difference in the star rating and more for who runs and maintains the hotel in relation to what type of guests. Sea air, humidity, poor build materials and quality all come back to haunt the cheaper price owner/ operator. Example is the plug positioning for guests to charge their phones etc... each evening is in a place that requires you to get on all fours and peer up behind a unit to use the plug. The lock on the sliding door was broken and a temporary measure was a drilled hole with a stick in it. Other facilities such as the pool and restaurant were okay. Having stayed in 5 star (not that much more than this 4 star) the difference was felt. Again the staff and their helpful attitude was excellent and I am grateful for this. Will stay elsewhere when I return next month though.

Great location”
On check-in we were asked to pay the full amount up front even for the guest joining us a few hours later. A phone call was then received within 30 minutes asking for us to then pay the airport pick-up. Never experienced this anywhere else in Bali. We were in an executive suite, there was no coffee machine as advertised and internet didn’t work in any of the bedrooms.

No sleep for 3 nights 😔”
I'd love to be able to give Imani Suites a more favorable review, but after 3 nights without any sleep I just can't. It really ruined our time in Seminyak. I've stayed here before. Last time I had high floor at back of building & enjoyed my stay. This time had room 211 & it was terrible because of zero sound insulation. Noise not a huge problem during the day, but at night it becomes pretty unbearable even for an easy going guest. It's particularly bad at 3-4am when club guests get out. Every night we heard drunken screaming & vehicles beeping & speeding just outside our room. At sun up the noise started at construction site opposite. There's construction everywhere in Bali, so that's fine. The problem was how early they started such noisy work. Cons: Unacceptable noise levels. Our bedspread was clean but stained. Cleaning OK but could be improved. Couldn't do makeup as mirrors too dark &tinted. Pros:Great bed & pillows. Wow factor room & rooftop. Nice staff. Good wardrobes.

Convenient, almost non-existent Wifi”
The hotel is located along a busy street lined with cafes and restaurants. It is very near Merah Putih, an upscale restaurant which dishes out delicious Indonesian cuisine, worth trying. The hotel room was somewhat of a disappointment. It was rather dim at night despite switching on all the lights there were available. The free Wifi as indicated in the package was also non-existent throughout our stay.

Inadequate facilities compare to the value for money”
I didn't expect a bunk bed; would be lovely to keep twin beds instead. For shared bathroom like that, they can put capsule bathtub for a nicer relaxation. Though I didn't get the chance to swim, the pool need maintenance and some renovation/relocation.

The hotel was very quiet so no one in the restaurant at breakfast. We had to choose breakfast from the menu. Location is great, staff is great just a bit too quiet in the hotel.

Run down in good location”
Perfect location, exactly where we wanted to be. Can hear the music pumping at night though. Run down and bathroom was dirty as well as marks on the sheets when we arrived. Fridge in the room was unplugged so mini bar was warm. Rooftop pool is run down, we didn't want to go in. Staff are lovely and helpful when we asked for extra towels. Wouldn't pay full price.

Could hear outside air conditioning units all night. The fridge did not get cold (this is after we have the maintenance guy check it) and the curtain fell down and was not able to get fixed after asking three times. Would never go back.

Terrible experience ”
The first night I stayed I was placed in a room which faced the street, on first appearance the hotel seemed nice and well presented. That evening I did not sleep as there was a nightclub across the road open til 5am with excessive street noise and pumping music and the glazing on the windows was so thin it did not prevent any noise from seeping in. The next day I was moved to another room and still had some slight noise so I utilised the wifi to play some relaxing music on my phone to drown out the noise. The wifi went off during the night and I incurred $150 worth of data usage on my phone. When I spoke to the front desk all they offered me was a complimentary lunch (on the day that I was flying out at 2pm).

Way too overpriced and stinky ”
I stayed in hostels that were nicer, I only stayed one night because the stinky smell from the toilet was disturbing my sleep. The bed was comfortable, but all in all not worth the money!
