Perfect for an overnight stay”
Location. It is very accessible to public transportation. My friends and I booked the hotel when we went to see the 21st Hot Air Balloon festival, it was a little far from the event venue but it provided a quient place to relax. Also, it is surrounded wth quaint touch of Angeles history. Around the area, you will find the Pamintuan Mansion and an old church (which probably holds a role in history of the Philippines). Staff. The guards assisted us well in the parking area. Although, I would say that the hotel gets to be too crowded when there's an even such as the Hot Air Balloon fest, and parking lot becomes a little difficult. Receptionist was courteous enough, because we had an issue with the complimentary breakfast and she explained patiently. Hotel. Quite nice lobby, very cozy for me, not too crowded for breakfast too. The room has basic necessities. Extra pillow are provided in the cabinet (I didnt know, so im giving you a tip!) You're welcome. Well provided toiltries and towels. It's really great for the price! Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Affordable and best service given.

GREAT LOCATION, BUT they need an Upgrade”
Imerex has always been in the Heart of the Angeles City, it prides itself as one of the few if not the only Hotel within the ares. However, they seriously need to consider to upgrade their hotel and facilities as it is a bit rundown, and out dated. Their lobby looks nice, but their rooms need alot of improvement. Example their beds and linen can pass like the ones in cheap motels. I mean for the price that needs to change. Their cable which is Cignal, has i believe 5-6 channels and its not even the good ones. For the price the essentials needs to be at par with the industry prices. You can get a 100x better hotel for the price on other locations like Balibago, but becasue they are the only ones in Angeles City, you would still pick that over the ones in Balibago or Clark. If you have services to and from your accommodation, best to book another hotel. but if your business is within the vicinity this is the best thing you can get, becasue again their location is superb.

Imerex is within walking distance to the Heritage sites in Angeles City and restaurants and museums. Staff is helpful in showing us how to get around the city. There were some insects in the bathroom though.

The staff was very welcoming when I arrived past noon. They helped me understand the map of Angeles City proper. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. The location near the historic center of Angeles City allowed me to visit Pamintuan Mansion, Museo Ning Angeles, and the Church. I also enjoyed the night life of the city until the late hours. The hotel was not very expensive for people wanting to go on a budget trip but there are still opportunities for improvement and growth, given its young age.

The hotel is in the city center near tourist spots and Holy Family Parish Church. The staff are very accommodating and made our stay a pleasant one. They also serve good foods. Can't wait to stay there again.

Great location to the old church & museum”
1. Near Holy Rosary Parish Church (5 mins) & Museum (3 mins). 2. Near Holy Angel University (5 mins). 3. Walking distance to local mall - Nepo Mall & New Point Mall (10 mins). 4. Restaurants at the back of New Point Mall w/ Starbucks. Hotel -- 1. other's hair on the bed. 2. insufficient soap. 3. small pressure hot water. 4. Friendly security guards but not receptionists. 5. Use GRAB in Angeles is now available, and UBER will also be up soon!

The location in good, its near the church and any establishments. The staffs are polite. I love the ambiance esp. at the rooftop at night. However the food served at the bar, we ordered Mojo's and Chicken fingers, the staff said Mojo's are not available so we ordered New York Fries but were served with Mojo's ( lol) . It taste oil ( Fries and Chicken) its full of oil. It will also be a plus if there's a meal offered atleast before 2am. But nevertheless everything is great in this hotel. Will be back,definitely.

If you're looking for location convenience in the Angeles City, Philippines area, this hotel is in a very good location and the rates are very reasonable. It's walking distance from the main church, Nepo Mart and food places. The hotel lobby is very clean and nice, but the rooms need a lot of work as far as cleanliness. I had to request for room transfer the very first night because the room smelled musty. I even spoke with the housekeeping supervisor to make sure that the rooms we transferred to were cleaned well.

beautiful lobby hides shabby rooms and bad service”
Our stay was a "mixed bag". The main floor of this hotel is beautiful - great furniture, art, and design. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. But the room itself was bad in so many ways I can't describe them all in this tiny box -- poorly built bathroom meant pools of standing water that wouldn't drain, no electrical outlet near the lamp so there was no way to plug it in, painful shower head, wifi that didn't work most of the time, only two hangers for clothes, etc. Also, the staff failed to follow through with many of the things they said they would do. Twice we asked for housekeeping to clean the room and they never did. Clothes left with laundry service and promised to be returned on Monday weren't even sent to the laundry until Monday morning. The front desk promised maintenance would look at the drainage problems in the bathroom, but nothing ever happened. Overall, if it were possible to just stay on the main floor the whole time, it would have been a great experience. The lobby is immaculate, and regularly cleaned. But the guest rooms are mostly ignored.

Fulfills Basic Accommodation Needs”
No WOW Factor but the facility does fulfill the basic needs with a decent bed, shower, refrigerator and air con. The access point for the Wi-Fi does not provide a decent coverage and there is a need for several repeaters on each floor. The rooms towards the road is not quiet in comparison with those in the back of the hotel.

Nice lobby where you can find the restaurant too. Staff is accommodating. Only that we got annoyed by the guard who kept asking us if we are already checked in. Could be good if breakfast would be included with room rates. I noticed that most furnitures are not very new like bed, pillows, lampshade, faucet in the bathroom. In general, our overnight stay was satisfactory. It came with a refrigerator too. Aircon is a split type and working well which is a good thing. Hot shower in the bathroom was a good use there. Nice to find that essentials came with the room like extra brush, shampoo and conditioner. Bottled waters were available too.
