Great Staff and the personal attention was great”
I thoroughly enjoyed the time (3) days I spent at the Impact Don Muang Hotel/Mansion. Very close to Don Muang, as advertised, and very affordable, The staff was extremely respectful and took good care of my interests in sightseeing and simply relaxing, in the peace and quiet. It is a big complex, but easy to navigate and very well guarded, I will return each time I need a short stopover in the vicinity of Don Muang Airport. Taxis are everywhere, too ...

A guest house within a residential apartment complex”
We had a hard time finding the place, as it is located inside a residential apartment building without any sign of the actual guest house. We were greeted by kind staff and the checkout was the easiest we've ever experienced... we were asked to just close the door behind us when we leave. If you are looking for a simple place to sleep near Don Muang or the Impact Center, then this is a good choice. We even found an English movie channel on TV.

Comfortable, clean ”
Very enjoyable. We found the place quite easy to locate because we contacted reception and allowed the taxi driver to speak to reception. The host lady waited for us in the street- 1 am in the morning and took us to our clean spacious rooms. It was very convenient for us - a group of 5 people. Food is freely available and inexpensive at the food court located close-by at the Impact Shopping centre. Good value for price!

For Local people hotel”
The previous function was an apartment. It suit for local people as it quite hard to find and even for the taxi driver who is not familiar with this area but it's quite convenience for the one who would like to go Impact Arena and the event at challenger hall. it's not so far from Don Muang Airport.

Exceptional”
It was so comfy. It is low price but the room is so huge. It is apartment building so a lot of people there but the security was ok. Mrs. Kim (the staff) is so kind and could speaking english so it was easy to communicated. Would go there if I go to Bangkok for the future :)

Not a hotel or guesthouse, just a room in an apartment block”
This is not a hotel or guesthouse, it is actually a room inside an apartment block. The whole area has 27 huge apartment blocks, so it is a big area. It is low cost accommodation. There are plenty of food stores nearby, and easy to get taxi, and near to Don Mueang airport. The room is average size, a bit dirty and with cockroaches / ants, air con is working ok but noisy. wifi is painfully slow and better to buy your own sim card and use 4G network to surf internet.

Not really a guesthouse but a room in a apartment block”
If you cannot speak basic Thai then it is not easy to find this place. It is actually within a high rise neighbourhood, a room inside one of the many apartment blocks. It is near to Don Muang airport, by taxi is about 10 minutes and costs about 100 Baht. Upon arrival at the block, you will need to call the mobile phone number on the Agoda confirmation email. If you have no mobile phone then I am not sure how you can contact anyone. Someone will answer the phone and then a lady will show up at the security door and bring you to the room. The room is big, with air-con, TV, fridge, hot shower, everything works well. I think there is a towel inside the wardrobe but I did not use. There is no shampoo, bath soap, toothpaste, etc so you will need to bring your own. Downstairs in the same block there are a few simple local restaurants, walk 5 minutes and there is a huge food market and food court, and a 7-11 store (24 hours).

This place is located in very good location where you can walk to impact challenger only about 5-10 min. But it’s not in a good condition for cleanliness. Staff is nice but need them to clean or change blanket, bed sheet and towel because there were smell and little bit dirty.

Terrible place to stay”
The website was entirely misleading since upon arrival this turned out to be a "condo" and "not" a hotel. In fact, the owner apparently owns several condos in the building which are rented out. I was the first foreigner to have stayed here, the rest were Thais. They showed me 3 different condo rooms with the first 2 absolutely terrible and smelt like someone just died in the room. Only because I already paid for 2 night stay and it was late at night upon arrival, too tired to look elsewhere, I decided to stay the 1 night. There were no sheets on the mattress for the final room selected, no pillows, and the free WiFi advertised on your website was not working in this room, and they only suggested to move into one of the first 2 rooms shown to me to receive WiFi. I told them "no" way and would do without WiFi. The hallways of this old condo building were so filthy, with people's shoes on the hallway floors in front of each door. There were "bars" similar to what one would see in a prison over the doors of each condo unit. The elevators only went to every other floor, forcing walking up or down one floor if the unit was not on the elevator selection. They advertised on your website that this "hotel" was located only .88 km from the Impact Conference center where my business was taking place, and the reason to select this place to stay. It turned out the .88 km was as the bird flies and by taxi it was closer to 4 km. luckily the service adviser was successful in cancelling my 2nd night in this "delightful" condo and refunded my money. The owner of this condo called several times to complain about my complaint and his losing money, which I sincerely hope does occur.

Hard to find”
If I had not been so many times in Thailand I probably would never have found the place. Its a sub rent room in a residential area and the contact number (and adress) lives in another building. There is nothing for a visitor to see around but I was in transit 2 nights so thats all right. Overall, its not a place for travellers but for business people or people in transit

Not everything is as it appears...”
This "hotel" was not a "hotel"at all! Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the "hotel" because it was an apartment building and the address offered was an actual apartment. Several locals were helpful in finding the apartment number as it was difficult to locate. The woman who rents out the room spoke little English and the actual room was located two blocks from the given address. Had I not insisted that the taxi driver wait, we would have been walking two blocks with the luggage. The room was spacious and clean. It, however, was located in a noisy apartment complex with people coming and going throughout the night and did not feel safe. This room was just that, a room. Not a hotel as advertised, and certainly not professional by any standards. If you are in need of a "room" to lay your head for the night, and not a hotel, then this could be just what you need - that is if you can find it. I, however, think that you could find something better worth your money and time.
