beyond Expectations 😍”
We had booked a Corp Delux Suite. I perceived it to have 2 single beds as shown in picture but they had one extra bed. Thanks to that i n my cousins got to share one room and had a lovely time. Thank you Imperial. We ll surely revisit.

Pros: Good Food, prompt order serving Cons: Unable to manage if something goes wrong. The taps in our rooms were not working fine. My daughter had just came out of swimming pool and wanted to take a bath. Three different set of people checked the taps but couldn't get the necessary repairs done. After a lot of to and fro, they unwillingly shifted us to a new room. The new room has a new challenge - the room lock wasn't working when someone tries to lock the door from inside. I understand problems can come anytime. However,the tap problem seemed to much older and I think the preventive maintenance was totally absent.

It is good place for family. Own vehicle is a must as it is around 800 metre from main road. Not crowded. Rooms are very spacious.

Food very expensive, taste is ok quantity is very less. Better to avoid break fast completely due to worst quality.

The room card was not working and everytime we had to enter we had to ask reception for a master card. That was a pain even for the staff as the room was situated on 2nd floor and they had to come through stairs. Another thing the cupboard had too many cockroaches, I doubt they had cleaned it properly. The room was quite cosy overall and was good for a night stay. Couldn't use pool as there were only bachelor's hanging out and no couples. Would rate 3 stars since I asked for a beer and they said if it's available will provide but didn't hear back and called the desk twice thrice nobody cared to pick up! If you are just looking for staying it's good. Don't expect anything in regards to other amenities.

Hotel cleanliness is very good. Reception staff behaviour is not proper they don't talk properly. Other staffs are very helpful. There is indoor games room but its not maintained , no lights carrom & Table tennis bats are in worst condition.

Breakfast was bad, they served nutralite fat, instead of butter.. Pathetic, no live counter.. They charged extra for a 8 year old kid as well..

this hotel was not very clean.pool was very dirty n they did not make any effort to clean it .elevator was dirty pillow covers had stains on them.two three lights were nt working ac was a bit problamatic.washroom jetspray was leaking.stuffs were good though n room service was excellent.on the whole i would nt recommend this hotel to anyone

There’s hygiene issue in the room. In cupboard & bathroom there were cockroaches. Bed sheets & blankets were not clean & was itching throughout the night. Bathroom tiles were very slippery. There is no partition between toilet & bathroom atleast there should be curtains.
