I have been to different hotels in the City of Maraketch, but this hotel totally stands alone . Excellent location, very safe central area , excellent restaurants around , easy access to all attractions. Staff members are great , the rooms are very clean and yes the last not the least , the swimming pool great . Highly recommended. Thank me later.

Overall you got what you paid for! There's a limit on the number of people on the WiFi so there were times it reached capacity and we were left without WiFi, sink was blocked on our 1st day we let a member of staff know and it was sorted.

25 min walk from the famous Jemaa el Fna place. Or count 5 euros for a taxi to get there. Close to many small cheap restaurants and 5 minute walk to some fashion shops as Zara etc

It's very nice in picture only. In reality it's just super dirty and stinky bathroom. I never experienced any dirty room and bathroom before as it's looks amaging in picture. But location are very good. Stuff are very helpful.

Things in favour: location. Other things in favour: not really. Hotel is 4 starts, condition is bad, rooms old, confort room too. Old towels, cheapest soap and champoo in the market provided are just examples. Obviously, there is not a regulatory body in Marocco to certify Hotel starts and standards. There are, nontheless, other elements of the hotel service that do not require upgrade to make you stay confortable: once I asked for a city map, they didnt have, never got an alternate solution on where to get one, when city maps arrived, etc. Basically, it was my problem. Daytrip excursion service at the lobby is a ripped off. Ah... Fantastic... When leaving, bellman coordinated with a totally unknown taxi driver a fee to overcharge me, and I could see how they exchanged money once I agred with the price. Wont come back there, and I recommend you to either go somewhere else for the cost of this hotel or spend a bit more om a better one

Luxury in marrakech”
A really delightful, warm and welcoming hotel just off Rue Mohammed Fifth, in the middle of Gueliz, a stone's throw from Mc Donalds! I had a beautiful, very elegant, warm room on the second floor overlooking the street, and an exceeding comfortable double bed all to myself. There is a receptionist who speaks good English, and an attentive Customer Relations Manager. I am definitely choosing this hotel on future trips

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve been Imperial Holiday Hotel is a really terrible hotel and I don't say this lightly. staff very helpful. Don't let them trick you by pictures they're fake. Dirty rooms We left the hotel really disappointed and with the promises to never come back again.

Fantastic staff members, Made me felt at home every single day I stayed at the Hotel. Nadia, such a wonderful staff with so much passion in what she does. Azeez at the reception desk made my first night with ease after a long stressful flight. the Chef Khalid Ghalidah.... the sumptuous dinner was palatable been a picky eater. Nevertheless, the slow wifi connection during my stay was made it difficult a bit. The Hotel needs some renovation in the rooms and upgrade.
