    Bland”

The best way I can describe this place is bland. Yes, it’s very nice, clean, and in a great location… and if you do end up in the “high tower” you’ll likely have a pretty decent view of the city. The rooms are quite small for the cost, and very bland, not a lot of character or style. We decided to move to a lower room in the main building because my son was having vertigo being too high. We had to pay to move, but it was worth it. A bit more space and easier to get to the room being in the main building. The high tower is a bit like being sent to another hotel. Overall it’s clean, the staff is definitely white glove service, and it’s beautiful with some of the old Frank Lloyd touches. But I wouldn’t stay again, I think it’s a bit overpriced for my personal taste. I’d find something else in the area.

Classic Luxury just outside of Ginza”

We loved our stay at the Imperial Hotel for our honeymoon. From the moment we stepped in the door the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room rates felt reasonable for the level of luxury the hotel provides, but the various restaurants and bars in the facility definitely come with some hefty price tags. Our only complaint was that when we had our “do not disturb” sign up, housekeeping kept knocking and calling to ask when they could clean. Tough to sleep off jet lag with frequent noise from the door and phone!

    Great service”

The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and nice. The only complaint was the TV because it is not smart TV. The kids cannot watch YouTube or movies.

People with different positions are all kind and compassionate.”

Bellboys, front desk staff, security guards, cloakroom attendants, floor guides, etc. This time, I may have also had a cane due to a patellar fracture, but everyone approached me with smiles, offered to carry my luggage, and expressed their concerns. I was truly grateful for those who went out of their way to accompany me and show me the location of the statue of Eiichi Shibusawa, the places of shops that opened early, and the exhibition related to Junko Samejima. They also prepared a mirror in the room as I had requested in advance. Having a separate toilet and bath is nice. I enjoyed a comfortable stay on the 31st floor with a view of the Imperial Palace.
