Highly recommended. very satisfying services during our stay, Perfect place for big group & families to stay. We sincerely thank to friendly staff named hafis for willing to help us. Willing to update about our stay in WhatsApp. The apartment is in good location. Easy access to shopping mall, Love the environment there. The apartment building complete with CCTV surveillance and security access card for entry to basement carpark and lift. Strong and fast Unifi at the apartment. Is like staying at your own home. This apartment also complete with the facilities provided. Love the sauna and pool environment. Is an enjoyment to sit there and relax. Thumbs up 👍🏻 and hope to stay there again and again.

Everything you need is there. The stove rusted, not sure safe to use or not? Did not provided any basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper. If you want to cook, you have to buy everything from zero. Did not provided laundry detergent, if you plan to stay few days, better prepare it. Overall, the room is clear and comfortable, the exhaust fan at the master bathroom was noisy, have to switch off the light, than you can sleep quietly

Place is so convenient, groundfloor has a mall and supermarket..easy to find and shop for food..very ideal...very east to book grab as well...the unit is so sparking clean and with complete amenities...Staff is so nice, the unit owner was so nice as well..given the chance, i would book with jack again...thank you very much for making my short stay worthwhile

This is not the first time I'm staying here. The location is very good. Connected to boulevard shopping mall, Near to the airport and not too far from town. The apartment was very spacious and the room were clean and modern amenities is provided. The view from our unit was amazing. Staffs were cordial and helpful. When i pay for the stay during check-in, they do not give back my balance, (balance for the stay, not the deposit). Only during the check-out i received my deposit money but not the balance of the stay. I can only received the balance through online banking in which after 3 days of delays then they credited. Overall, the stay was great and it is good value for many. If you are in group, it is definitely suitable. Near to the mall although away from Kch center. Sure will be back again :)

This was because, at the time you stayed with us, there was another family just at the side of your unit, and they had many children in their group. The toilets have ventilation which might be what allowed sound to travel into the toilet. Very near to the airport... accessible to various tourist spot in the area. We have problems in our check in schedules, flights are cancelled and delayed due to Volcanic eruption but the management is very understandable with our situation. Easy to communicate and the place is very huge for 9 of us. Everything is same as in the picture. Thank you
