Fabulous rooms near the beach”
We loved this place and the restaurant. Staff were awesome and we had such good fun with them. Rooms were large and top notch. We all said we should have stayed longer than our 3 days. We will definitely be coming back. Fabulous cocktails and food. Booked a boat trip, good value.

Good location next to the beach”
Location is great because it's next to the beach and many restaurants. Room was spacious and cosy. Internet connection wasn't working for the whole time of our stay. I told staff about it two times. First time they told they will reboot the wifi router but it didn't help. Second time they were blaming bad weather but that's not the real reason because wifi signal was strong and I was able to connect to wifi but the internet connection just didn't work. Not that big deal since I have mobile data on my cell phone but not a good service from the resort on this matter. Anyway, nice, clean and good hotel to stay.

My husband and I stayed at In Touch for 6 days. We were here during the beginning of the covid-19 shutdowns, so our experience was most likely very different from the norm, but may be useful anyways. We stayed in whatever the basic room is, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The resort is located at the south end of Sairee Beach, with beachfront access. The water there is clean with fine white sand, beautiful. We were able to snorkel around the rocks to the south, not the best snorkeling ever with a lot of dead coral but still a nice way to spend some time. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the pier, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars the other way. The entire island was very quiet and empty because of the virus keeping tourists home, we are not partiers and enjoyed that but I’m not sure what it’s normally like. The restaurant is fine, it’s right on the beach and a great place for sunsets. We felt that the staff was fairly unfriendly, which was disappointing, and we felt that overall the resort was fine but for that reason alone we would probably try another place next time.

I believe there’s something wrong with the hotel’s building’s quality. I can hear lower floor and upper floor slamming their bathroom door all night. Mine is pretty loud too

Pleasant stay at in touch! ”
Sairee beach where in touch resort is located is definitely the most interesting place on kohtao. Our studio room was very spacious. I had read reviews that there was a lot of construction work going on but we didn't experience any of this. If anything, we both slept better than we have done for s long time. The only downside was that the room was overlooked by the studio opposite, there was a curtain to pull across the doors but that made the room feel very dark. I would 100% stay here again if we ever come to koh Tao again.

Ideal location, relaxed and comfortable”
We stayed eight nights at In Touch in May 2015, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Located at the quieter south end of Sairee beach the resort is quiet, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a 'Standard Concrete Studio', 1 minute walk from the restaurant and beach, set in a lovely garden. The room was large and well appointed, having a much appreciated fridge for chilled drinks at any time of day. The bedroom, bathroom and balcony were very clean. Crucially, the air conditioning is very effective. The restaurant is a gem. Almost on the beach, in the day its in beautiful dappled shade, and in the evening it is the best place to watch the sun set. The food and the service are excellent. The menu is extensive, and the Thai food and the fresh seafood are particularly delicious. The section of beach on which In Touch is situated is quiet, clean and has easily accessible snorkelling and there is free WIFI available both in the restaurant and in the rooms. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxed and quiet stay within easy (walking) reach of the dive shops in Sairee and Mae Haad, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Value for money”
Location is good, just along the beach and not far from all the restaurants. We got a room at high floor (no lift) in the new building. Just 2 minutes walk to the reception and restaurant that located beside the beach. The room is great with a small room of sofa and table for tea and coffee with facing the sea view. The room space is big. Toilet is clean. Only the hot and cold water are not stable. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for lower budget with good facilities. We definitely will consider to stay in this resort again when we visit Koh Tao for the next trips.

Very nice and clean place, definitely worth the money”
We had a very pleasant stay at In Touch. Room was always very clean and the room/bathroom was in top condition! The restaurant has also very nice food, thai, breakfast, sandwiches and so on. Hotel/restaurant is located directly at beautiful Sairee Beach and the distance is totally walkable from the pier. Thank you all at In Touch for hosting us!

Super room, amazing restaurant”
Stayed at in touch after visiting koh Tao before and frequenting the in touch restaurant. Was not disappointed, stayed in a standard room (not a bungalow) and it was absolutely lovely! At £33 a night, excellent value for a money Only issue is that there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room :(

The staff are great, very accommodating, and the location near the quieter south end of Sairee Beach make this a very nice place to experience the interesting island of Koh Tao, by walking, scooter and around island snorkelling boat tour.

Good location”
The deluxe room right next to the reception is very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. In rooom facilities is complete. Fridge in the room was bigger compared to others that we stayed and able to keep beverages cold. Hot shower worked well. Resort is well located in the middle of Sairee Beach. Not too close to the noisy bars. 7 minutes walk to Fishbowl and 10-15 minutes walk to Mae Haad pier. Local food at the restaurant is good, western food was not too bad. Along the beach walking path there are many other shops, restaurants and bars nearby. 7-11 is 3 minutes walk up to the main road, and there are more eateries along the main road too. Recommended place to stay.

Super satisfied, helpful staff”
Super central position in Sairee beach (the quiet part), with open view on the beach and sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. The interior is simple, the beds are huge and we slept quite well. They cleane the bungalow every day, changing towels and linens, and even offered daily fresh drinking water in bottles. There is no meal included served, but they have a restaurant just in front of the beach. We really enjojed staying there. Thanks a lot.

Great room and location ”
we actually had two rooms, first a superior and later in an economic, decent but neat bungalow. The room was awesome! Very big, modern designed and with all comforts. It was not at all noisy there as others said. The receptionist - maybe the owner? - was really nice and helpful. Once we lost our hotel keys and she opened us in the middle of the night. And still kept on being polite and helping out with other things that weren't part of the package. The only thing we would criticize is the staff in the restaurant. They always tried to be nice and polite but didn't seem motivated. Often there were too many of them which didn't lead to quick service but rather to staff sitting around and being bored. Food and offers were anyways really good! When improving this part it would be a perfect hotel for staying close to nightlife in a comfortable and beautiful area next to the beach. We would go there again!
