Clean, but worn down and poorly managed.
Clean. Friendly staff.
I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool, but when we arrived there was no water in the pool and it took two days before it was filled. Even then we didn't swim, since it looked like the pump wasn't working and debris gathered on the surface. The rooms were clean but very small. The water in the shower was luke warm. Internet access cost 600 Rps per day, but could still not be used in the room and only on one device. We ordered pasta in the restaurant and were told after 30 min that there wasn't any to be had, so it took an hour before we got our food. The seats in the restaurant were all stained. Everybody is friendly and helpful, but just don't seem to know how to solve problems without contacting the manager.

Poorly managed property in an excellent location
Location, Food and nothing else
Wi-fi never worked and management does not seem to be much concerned on that issue. Elevators are in terrible shape making loud noises. The hotel cleanliness and hygiene conditions are extremely poor. They have placed a container in front of the elevator for people to spit after chewing pan and throw cigarette butts. It is never cleaned and gives a very shabby and awful appearance. Restaurant staff is not courteous and argues with their supervisors in front of the customers. If you ask extra hand towel, they rudely refuse and argue. The housekeeping truck gets parked in front of your room with scattered empty glass bottles and dirty dishes. The list goes on and on would not recommend to anyone the whole place is full of dust and garbage.

Poor management makes the hotel undesirable
Food & location
Very dissatisfied. Poor housekeeping. Garbage & janitor stuff placed regularly in the lobby in front of the guest room despite repeated reminders. Wifi never worked but charged exorbitantly without providing any receipt. Reception staff very inattentive and seldom picked up the phone. Check out done in unorganized way. Airport pick up charged though website says complimentary. Emails are answered after ten days. Dust everywhere. Dirty bin full of pan spitting placed in front of elevators. Elevators are poorly maintained and make dangerous sound. Morning breakfast is not ready at the time displayed and staff lazy and arguing with management in front of the customer. Five years back, this was an excellent property with fine management but now no attention to customer concerns.

Not so good experience with hotel staff
cleanliness, tariff
I had selected King size double bed while booking on On contacting the hotel two days before check in to confirm the booking I was told that double bed is subjected to availability and is not guaranteed. I told I had selected king size double bed while booking on so you will have to give me that only. Hotel staff was rude and told me to raise it to only as for them the policy is to provide bed as per availability only. Finally I got double bed after talking to higher level managers at hotel several times over the phone.

there was no feel that its 5 star hotel.
lift- only one working, that too without indicator lights wifi - charged extra rs 500 per day! water bottle in room is chargeable. most of hotel gives 2 bottles complementary, but here everything is chargeable and expensive! overall very dull filling and non't think that its 5 star hotel.

For sure not a 5 star hotel
Nice staff, nice big and spacious room
Ok hotel, but do not expect much. The room is nice and big. Food also nice, but overall, this is more of a 3 star hotel. Gym is very outdated and really small with very low roof. The room was quite noisy from the street traffic.
