From checking in and out, both processes were smooth and hassle free. Literally less than 5 mins for both! I booked a Small Room but got upgraded to a Large Room with a huge, comfortable King sized bed! The room was spacious, lots of storage area and the air conditioning was easy to adjust to my preference. The bathroom was great especially the shower! There were shampoo and body wash provided with a mild lemongrass scent which was lovely. The towels provided were huge but some of the towels I had were stained. Plenty of hangers were provided as well as an iron and an ironing board. The best bit of the room was probably the full sized mirror that can be moved sideways! If you’re driving, you can park at the side of the hotel, as long as it’s not on the yellow line. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but the staff there were helpful. Location wise, it was easy to get around KL from the hotel as it’s quite central. Despite how near it is to the city, the surrounding area is a residential area hence the quiet environment. Even as a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable going in and out of the area. Overall, Indie Hotel is a definite will-stay-again place for me! I hope they’ll upkeep their outstanding work for time to come!

The room was spacious, clean and stylish. The location seemed great, there were a lot of places to eat around. The staff was extremely helpful as well! Loved our stay here.

Excellent service and lovely stay”
Booked this hotel as had iftar with my husband at the Bijan Restaurant. First impression: tidy, calm and historic. I love the design and the comfort feeling when we first entered the hotel. The staff are welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. Kudos to Indie Hotel for having them and they deserve a good bonus. 😆 It is a bit unfortunate that we had power trip that night. But the staff were courteous by giving us another room and also allow us to extend checkout time. The Management also offer us for a complimentary stay which we feel grateful for it. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience and definitely will return back. Keep it up and stay safe.

Restaurant/cafe just walking distance. Stunning hotel, quiet, comfortable & value for money. The cons is just I have to pay RM20 parking per night which I think quite expensive for hotel quest.

One of the best!”
I really had a pleasant stay here! They upgraded my room from small to (I believe) deluxe. Massive room just for me alone. They even have accessible rooftop and you can see KL Tower from the hotel. Very good location as it is located at a quieter road yet only walking distance to where the happening streets are. Will definitely return again.
