Beautiful facilities and pool area and a very good restaurant located on site. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train and bus stations. It was very nice to return to my spacious and very comfortable room after a day touring around the beautiful, but very hot Sa Kaeo province.

Great value, good for families”
Staff are friendly, helpful, and well trained. This hotel is clean and a very good value. The swimming pool is very large and well maintained. The rooms are old fashioned but clean. It is what we expected for a value price. The breakfast was a simple but good buffet with an egg station, toast station, and several Thai dishes. We have been frequent customers of this hotel for 12 years. They have always been good, but I think they are better now then ever. The restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The dishes were ample servings and beautifully plated. This hotel has plenty of parking, good security, and is located on the highway.

The location is quite out of the city center and could hardly find some convenient store around. The place is quiet and good for relaxing. You can enjoy swimming in a big swimming pool. The food in the hotel is reasonable price.

Our numerous experiences here have always been pleasant. It is a very good value. The rooms are small and do not have comfortable furniture for sitting, but they are clean. The breakfast was limited in selection but good, certainly what one would expect from the value price.

We stayed here in 2017 and experienced great service. Expansive comfortable facility and grounds just a little North of the congestion of the border. They will shuttle you to the border and if you have a car you could arrange to leave it at the hotel which has a lot of space for parking. Really nice pool for after dark relaxation. The staff were very helpful. Comfortable room. Breakfast included but if you are vegetarian there are almost no options. In my opinion having stayed in many hotels in Thailand this one should definitely rate an 8.5 not 7.7 as is listed on Agoda.

Updated the Pool Furnitire”
I have stayed here many occasions and each time it gets better. They have a new F&B Manager who is intent on making guests happy. He chats to everybody and seems genuinely concerned that his guests are enjoying there stay at this hotel. The pool now has a complete revamp of the furniture. Gone are the old style outdoor table and in are the new style. Comfortable and the whole experience of a meal or a beer by the pool has lifted 100%. Hopefully some umbrellas are on the next order of business - that would top it off nicely!

THE STAY WAS RUINED BY THE STAFF CHARGING US A MERE 35 BART FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER THAT WAS NOT USED, THE SEAL ON THE BOTTLE WAS BROKEN BUT NO WATER USED IT WAS NOT USED OR TOUCHED BY US AND WAS SURE A WAY OF GETTING EXTRA, WHAT A SHAME AS THE EST OF THE REPORT WAS GLOWING

Was okay - then rate increased”
We have stayed here on many occasions and were satisfied that for the room rate, it was okay. But when we went to extend our stay via Agoda we found that all rooms were booked. We had wanted to stay another 7 nights but no matter which night I entered, they were fully booked. So we hopped in the car and found an alternative for the remaining nights of our stay in town. I was disappointed to note that when I checked online later I found that whilst they were fully booked on Agoda, they had plenty of rooms through other online booking agents. The following day (after we had booked elsewhere) they had rooms available on Agoda. But, 50% dearer per night and can only pay at hotel. This also means no rebates from Agoda. So, higher rates and lost rebates. Interesting to note that other hotels in the area had not increased their prices and Indochina was now among the highest rates in the area. I understand that the day we left, they only had 2 room bookings for that night. Oh well, their loss.
