We booked the Penthouse for 4 nights but it was being renovated when we arrived so we couldn't stay in it even though we had paid for it. They booked us into 2 x 3 bedroom apartments which was fine, but not what I booked. Very disappointed. The room was still good with great views over the park.

Great apartment. Beuracratic staff who had to come in and count every item in the apartment before we could leave. I suspect they are used to more long term rentals than long term stays.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children (10 & 7 yo) spent 5 lovely nights at Indochine Park Tower. Staff were very friendly, always had a smile when we appeared at the lobby, especially the cheerful and helpful doorman. Check in was smooth, having emailed ahead to confirm the reservation. We were amazed by the large apartment with 3 bedrms (king, queen & 2-single beds,1 safe), 2 bathrooms, dining, living areas, kitchen with bar-top, fridge, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities. Basic toiletries & towels were provided but bring your own toothbrush, comb & cotton buds. Small mimi-mart within building provides bottled water and basic needs. Pool is available but water proved to be too cold... sought comfort in sauna instead. Location of apartment was good. Lovely local restaurant next to apartment is a must try - very helpful and pleasant staff. Within walking distance is the war remnant museum and the reunification palace, where breakfast is available. More restaurants and eateries, cafes and even Ben Thanh Market are all within walking distance. Give ample time (10-15 mins) for check-out as staff will run through list of inventory to make sure everything is in place... all done very professionally.

Hotel check in and out was fast and efficient. All the rooms are good, bright and clean. Both kids and seniors enjoy themselves.

not so good but not so bad.. the worst thing was there's no restaurant in it and around. of course room service was not available. and it needs to be added the information of condition, not including breakfast in the room charge.

Great dining room, kitchen. But when you visit here, you should prepare tooth brush. there is no service for free wash supplies.

I was greeted by the front desk with a great smile. Upon settling the paper i was brought to my rooms and to my surprise it was huge. And i really mean big. For the price i am paying for. it was really worth it. The first feel entering the apartment was pleasent. It makes me feel at home. With all the daily needs avaiable, this hotel makes the first choice for my next stay.

The front desk service was good. The staff at the door was always smiling and opening the door without fail even thought the weather was terrible hot. I was surprise that room service was at specific timings only. But at least better than nothing. The room service was great. They even mop and sweep the floor after they are done. Location was great. All places of interest was within walking distance without the idea of taking a cab and got stuck in the terrible jam. Overall great service, grest location,
