great value & comfortable stay”
i feel comfortable enough of the suite. its 5mins walk to bukit bintang, mrt & lrt. this unit owned by private company not by the hotel so u dont have to check i tru reception coz they have their owned caretaker and had difficulties at 1st during check-in coz u have to call person in charge. So make sure u call in advance. They will give u a key card to access to your room. pls bear in mind, your key card only can access to your room & facilitirs. once u enter the lift, tap the screen & choose the floor your room is. i booked a studio room which is completed with kitchen, wifi, washing machine, fridge 40in lcd tv, 1 king bed, dining table. U can use the facilities such as gym, squash, mini playground for kids, infinity pool which have amazing view even not so big (avoid during weekends can be crowded). but unlucky i dont have time to enjoy their facilities due to work schedule & definitely i will come again. * u have to pay rm200 for security deposit oncs u check in & its refundable.

Good Service,Room and Location”
My stay in the suite was great.. Owner gave a high floor facing the KL twin towers.. Night view was great when all the building lights are switched on. Location wise this apartment is the most centrally located that gives you access to all popular places.. The pros : Room is v big.. comes with washing machine, iron,stove, microwave and toaster along with the cutlery. The cons : Owner should change the toilet doors and install hooks to hang clothes.. My next visit to KL will be definitely Infinity Service Suite..

Its Truly Amaging ”
Great view, not to be missed, the apartment is huge and very well appointed. The condo in which it is located is of very high standard. Nice pool, nice gym. The area is perfect because you have next to all the big shopping centers and bukit bintang walk.Staff were very friendly and in rapid response In short, that's good.

Pleasant stay and nice service”
I went with my family and relatives, total 7. Stayed for 3 nights in 3 different suites, 3 bedroom for 2 days for all, we split into 1 and 2 bedroom for 1 day (Since I booked last minute due to flight delay). Good for this kind of extended family since hotel rooms will not give the time and opportunity for mingling and quality time. In terms of comfort, quite ok, except the 3 room suite didnt have an Iron box. Other 2 suites had it. I will rate between 3 to 4 star in terms of comfort. Location wise, it's good. Eateries are nearby, Berjaya times square is in walkable distance, Twin towes etc are a short distance of 15 mins drive. Good service by the crew, especially Mr. Isaq (I guess I spelt the name correctly). Overall I'm satisfied for the money spent.

Check-in is a breeze and friendly staff. Parking are expensive. Whole day parking RM 21..... Location is convenient if u like going to Bukit Bintang, Petaling Street or Kenanga Wholesale Centre.....

Good enough to book next time.”
Perfect as described. 10m2 in description is the size of each of 2 double-bed room which links together through 1 bathroom in between. The master room has the private bathroom. The other WC is in the living room. All the rooms has glass walls so brightness is fullfilled the apartment. Some facilities are old but still in use. The customers need to buy some powder detergent. Each extra blanket costs 10RM. A deposit of 200RM is a must at check-in. By the side of food court at night, standing outside Swiss Garden HOTEL lobby, you will see a restaurant on the other side of the steet with a lots of delicious dishes at acceptable prices. Room 3401 (3bedroom suite) has excellent view of KL tower and Twin tower. The staff is nice to help for 2nd hairdryer. Enjoy it very much. Price is very good for weekend stay.

not a bad place for staying two nights”
facility is quite nice, there got swimming pool for adults and also kids, and got a small playground, gym. stayed in a two- bedroom suite on level 15, got washing machine, refrigerator. Owner is friendly, just a little problem in that suite, one of the rooms' aircon not working, so we move to the living room but aircon in living room will auto stop sometime. but overall is comfortable, value for money

Overall, it was very good stay at the suite and I giving thumbs up for cleanliness and friendly staff. However, check in time is delay due to not enough staff to clean the rooms, 3 bedroom suite is too big for 1 staff to clean. I hope hotel management can consider hire or allocate more people to clear the 3 bedroom suite.

Leaking Air-Conditioner”
We booked a 2-bedroom suite. The unit that we stayed is a bit old but still did not looked run-down. The air-conditioner in the living room and one of the bedrooms were leaking, though it is irritating but the air-conditioner works fine. As expected in a private service suite, do not expect hotel service, though there is daily housekeeping which is only limited to changing the towels, moping the floor and making the beds only (bedsheets and duvets were not changed !!). There is no tea/coffee and mineral water bottles were only provided on Day 1. The kitchen's induction stove and microwave oven were working and we make do with one pot and one pan for our cooking. There were plates and two bowls only !! The washing machine was a plus and we use it daily. In general, we did enjoy our stay. Mr Yasin was friendly but we did not take advantage of him.

the rooms actually locate in Swiss garden hotel but under private management so u have to call them abt 10 mins before arrival. the room is clean and we love the spacious bath pool. Free wifi, Free parking. friendly staff and nice swimming pool. it will be perfect if the TV connection can function well.

Value for money but...”
With the room rates, I would say we got bigger room compare to normal hotels in the area. Walking distance to jalan bukit bintang. Host ade friendly and act fast. For improvement, host may make up the room better, bath tub with some mold (we have to scrub it before let our kids swim inside). Check all electrical appliance, sofa and change if improperly working (why i dont rate this room as 4*).

Was there 28 to 22 July 2016 good place , location n people. 5 min after I book Mr Ibrahim call me now say he will b waiting for me at the lobby.When I reach he was waiting for me stright he bring me to my room on 28th floor give me the key n contacts no if I need any help. OMG the room is so big n clean n bathroom is big too . New fridge n washing machine. WiFi in the room n the speed is very good n HYPP TV. The aircon so cold untill i only used 1 n off the other 1.The Staff really nice they will greed n smile to me when they saw me at lobby or out while walking.I really enjoy while staying three . Will stay there again my next visit. Mr Ibrahim thanks a lot n too ur staff to. Keep it up guys I'm giving 4/5.

Bad customer service. 1 of our 3 bedroom apt that we had booked had spoilt ac and the staff was not able to rectify the problem and even asked my whole extended family to find a different room in the middle of the night. very irresponsible. we were sweating the whole night. The blind in the bathroom broke.

The apartment was not part of the hotel and had to wait to be greeted in the loby, but was soon taken to the room, the apartment was looking a bit tired but great value for the money. I would stay agin.
